GoogleAbsolutely trustworthy property agent in Birmingham. When was clueless and finding it difficult to figure how to find my first rental apartment near the city center, Belvoir has taken all my worries to their shoulder to find a new home in the town. GoogleVery unprofessional. Made me move in to a flat which was not properly cleaned. Did not respond to any of my emails about this issue. Gave me only one set of keys with out duplicate. Are only worried about if the rent is credited in time and nothing else. Only positive thing is that they have started responding to emails recently. Hope they will improve their attitude towards customers
Dear Anoop, We are very disappointed to hear about your experience with Belvoir however we just wanted to bring to your attention that you in fact moved into the property on 18th October 2018 and to leave it only until now to advise the property is not clean, 4 months later is very strange, we note that this is a company let and when your company moved you in, we recently spoke to your manager 'Jenny' whom advised they were very happy with the property and also we have evidence it was professionally cleaned. All our emails are replied to within 24 hours, finally as you were the only tenant named on the tenancy agreement for security and safety reasons we do only provide one set of keys as this ensures that there is only one person living at the property and also from health and safety point of view we need to ensure who is named on the tenancy lives at the property as such we do feel your review is unreasonable and unjustified without any factual evidence and all you have adduced is circumstantial evidence. GoogleI had experience in buying my first house with Belovoir last March and I can recommend its staff with no esitatation. They were very helpful and they followed me through all the process, being always available despite me being too apprehensive towards the end of the transaction! I wouldn't go anywhere else for everything related to my property (renting/property management/sale), reliable people is what I would look for to manage my property.

GoogleHello, i would like to say i will never be returning as a customer. Major started threatening me with lawsuits i only came for a house. He done this many times and this will be his last, Major you know i love you, but this a step too far.
Dear Sirs, We would like to respond to this review which we believe to be fake / fabricated on the basis, firstly there is no name to this reviewer and “play too Legit” does not come across as a professional account, also it is noted that you mention a house you was shown around when we are in fact agency that only specialises in apartments so we are very much at loss as you have failed to in fact mention a property. All our staff are professional and trained to a very high standard and at no stage would our staff make threats of lawsuits at the viewing and we do find the review very unprofessional in terms of the comments made, we would welcome you to share the date and time of viewing together with full name of whom the booking was made under rather than a fake account which has been made up here. We aim to deliver the best levels of customer service and also that we are heavily regulated by the property Ombudsman and UKALA we treat all of our customers in an fair, honest and transparent manner.. All complaints are taken seriously here at Belvoir Birmingham and we can refer you to our online complaints procedure if you would like to make a genuine complaint which is not fabricated as we believe this one is as we have no details of booking especially under name of “Play Too Legit”. GoogleBrilliant experience. As a front line NHS Consultant Doctor I needed an immediate short term rental to enable me to work in the hospital and protect my elderly mother in law who lives with me. Belvoir (in particular the manager Major) worked restlessly to get me sorted ASAP. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended service - they really go the extra mile.

GoogleVery disappointed with the service I recieved. First, I am spoken to rudely by the women on the phone, who constantly tried to catch me out, despite my best efforts to reassure her that I am in full time employment. She also repeatedly reiterates she does not have time for us if we are time wasters, and that we won't be able to reschedule our viewing if we can't make it. Then, we take time out of work (only weekdays 9-5 is available) to attend this viewing, only to get there and find out that the viewings been cancelled? I received a confirmation email and text the day before however, I did not receive a so called cancellation that I was supposed to get apparently. Not happy at all
