GoogleFrom the the very start of the tenancy all the staff I dealt with were both friendly and professional. Any issues they quickly got the situation resolved with little fuss. Going forward should I find myself having to rent Gates would be my first port of call

Good estate agents but we had information withheld from us and was told that the last occupier died in a nursing home. But we recently found out from the neighbours that he died in the house. We’re unsure whether it was the sellers son who lied or the estate agents, but we wanted to express our concern.

GoogleThe staff at Gates Estates couldn’t have made what could have been a rather stressful time more pleasant. Their easy going yet professional attitude put me and my partner at ease and made everything easy and accessible. Quick responses to any and all questions I had (there were a few) and delivered all information clearly and concisely. All in all, I cannot fault their service.

GoogleWent for a viewing can’t remember the name of the girl that was there (think it was Megan) within 1 day of applying for the place I got accepted for it, went to sign the tenancy agreement and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Really put you at ease with it all would highly recommend using these.

GoogleIncompetent, dreadful service. Emma in particular lied to us regarding having called us and as a result we lost our on a house we were desperate for. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!! Staff are rude, sarcastic and laugh on the phone when you report a problem. Worst service I’ve ever received and we shall be reviewing elsewhere online to ensure others are aware to avoid.

GoogleI have dealt with Gates Estates for the last three years as a landlord where they act as letting agent. I have always found them to be courteous and prompt. Their communication via telephone and/or email has always been to a standard with which I have been very happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a letting agent based on my personal experience.

GoogleWords fail me they are horrible , they lie in court to get you evicted they hound you when you are ill and recovering from major surgery they still go against your solicitors instructions and they also SPY on you my advice is if your thinking of using these lot AVOID THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND BULLIES !!!!!

GoogleFRAUDSTERS CONMEN . Hello owner thanks for your reply 4 weeks later you guys are on the ball. You would want the review taking down as you've been caught out and nobody likes that but this is what reviews are for any of mine that isn't true I'll take off. Emily who bought it is a property developer I'll see what she spends on the house and then the selling price. No you didn't deal with me and you say you strive to achieve the highest possible price what 20 % less than the valuation. I'm going to pick 5 random houses that you have sold this year see the valuation and the selling price and look how many sold 20% less like mine did. I'd bet a pound to a penny I don't find any.
