HOUSE WITHOUT WATER, HOT OR COLD AND HEATING FOR 9 DAYS, THEN HOT WATER FOR ANOTHER 5 DAYS STILL TOLD TO BUY A HEATER UNDER SECTION 11 OF THE LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT 1985 THEY HAVE 24 HOURS TO REPAIR.... WHAT A JOKE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OR DOING ANYTHING AS LONG AS THEY GET THE MONEY EACH MONTH

Had to take them to small claims to get a refund after I paid up front and they didn’t sell our house. The loss in revenue they will get from the bad feeling from us will cost them more in the long run in a close nit area. You should have done the right thing and refunded.
