Avoid this business like the plague! Nothing but issues as a landlord from mis advice, communication and management by gates estates and their team. They failed to submit evidence to the DPS in time resulting in me loosing my £550 bond, then won’t pay it me back, given its their fault. Now going ombudsman as these guys need sorting.

Hello Daniel, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Having looked into the matter we can see you did indeed send an email to us via Rightmove inquiring about a rental property, which we have since let. We understand this can be frustrating and we are sorry if you did not receive a reply, however we received over 70 emails for this property and the Landlord decided not to take pets which you stated in your email that you had. Best of luck in finding a property.
