FacebookMy experience of dealing with Oakwood homes was fantastic. Amy Davies in the letting office was brilliant. She dealt with everything in a very professional manner and answered all my questions promptly. She understood that due to the nature of my work I can not answer calls until after 3:30 pm and always (unlike other agents) called me after this time. I will definitely use them again.

FacebookDon’t have maintenance problems in your property because I guarantee they will not be resolved. One staff member is in no rush to sort anything and when they do they will send the wrong person round which isn’t qualified to do the job.Edit: Once they finally resolved the problem I got asked to take my review down by nikki

FacebookI looked at a property with a very professional young woman called Louise. She was very knowledgeable about the property and it's history and her client service skills were exceptional. It was refreshing to see a young person with these Old Skool values and manners, which is a credit to herself and the company. Unfortunately the house wasn't for me!!!

FacebookWe now have not had a working oven since 2nd August, apparently if we wasn’t to pay the whole amount of our rent this month we would be breach of our contract but surely Oakwood Homes are in breach of theirs from their actions of this. Not much to recommend from this company I’m afraid

It's hard to find the human-touch in the rental market at the moment, but we found it at Oakwood Homes.

Facebookwe use Oakwood lettings for around 12 years. They are a professional company in every way but also they have a intermate relationship with there customers which gose a long way. They always have got new tenants with for us in short timescale so we were not left with an empty flat for very long.

GoogleI cannot fault the service we received from Oakwood. From agreeing a sensible valuation through to completion Oakwood remained in contact and kept us informed of developments. Oakwood were also the letting agent and continued to undertake visits whilst the property was unoccupied. Overall a thoroughly positive experience.

Adam had a great knowledge of the market which meant a quick sale and he negotiated well to obtain a price that both parties were very happy with. The sale went through smoothly and without delay. All in all a very professional service. Highly recommended.
