I've got to admit this time around I'm very disappointed with the service I received this time . After a lot of promises we had 3 viewings in 8 months not exactly what I expected and we had to chase it every time and each time was told to drop the price . .

The whole letting team are so supportive and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble during the letting process.Amy, Lorraine and Ethan have made our lives so much easier finding a tenant for us. We totally trust their skills in finding a tenant. We would totally recommend Oakwood Homes. They are great.

Thanks to Oakwood lettings for thier help with getting into my new flat really quickly. I viewed the property within one day of it coming on and was in the property within days which enabled me to have my children as planned during the summer holidays. Amazing service thanks to you all

Very attentive, very genuine, honest opinions, no BS or rubbish which is rare with estate agents. Any questions or enquiries we always got an answer as quickly as they could get one. Would always recommend Oakwood to friends and will always use them myself.

Daisy and Kate did an amazing job with finding me a home to rent and did it within a couple of weeks of starting to look. They phoned me straight away when a home became avaliable fitting my needs. They both went above and beyond to help me.

The care and helpfulness of staff. Daisy showed us around the property and was very helpful with everything we needed to know. Kate followed up with a courtesy call and was polite and there was no pressure at all to take the property.

Really helpful great staff couldn't do enough for myself and my wife. Finding a ground floor property has been difficult as we both use a wheelchair but the property we are in now is perfect thank you to the team.
