GoogleVery poor service and pravtice -was told if we offer above asking price property would be taken off the market-then told that other potential buyers would still be viewing property!also seem more interested in getting us to see their financial adviser and using their solicitors also .
Sorry to learn that you are unhappy Nigel. Your complaint is being reviewed fully. We will always allow any booked viewings to take place as best advice for our clients to achieve the right price and buyer for them. Also we have to report all offers to the seller right up until exchange of contracts to comply with current legislation. You are free to choose whoever you want for your mortgage or solicitors.

FacebookLettings Agents - not usually my favourite people after years of renting! However - the Lettings team at Oakwood Homes are not the usual lettings agents. The team are friendly and approachable, very experienced and ultra efficient and professional. Everything ran smoothly from the first viewing to completion of the application , we were kept informed throughout the process and treated like individuals. Really excellent service from a friendly local company. Highly recommend.

FacebookI had originally considered using Purple Bricks, but took a chance on Oakwood as they seemed to offer a much more personal service. I'm glad I did as my property sale ended up being dragged out due to some unforeseen issues. Debbie did a fantastic job of coordinating everything with our buyer and kept the whole process on track, right through to completion. I can't recommend them highly enough.
