I would highly recommend Hunters Bingley Lettings. Elisa showed us round a few properties, she was so professional, and prepared to think outside the box to find the right property for us. In the end we chose a property with another agent, but I will always remember the outstanding service we recieved from Hunters and will recommend to anyone! Top Mark's.

Have my property on the market with them. Poor communication from day 1, don’t return phone calls, more often than not no answer at the office, inconsistencies with agents dealing with it. I feel like I’m having to tell them how to do their job they just seem to have a ‘can’t be bothered with this one’ attitude. I chose them to list property as the upstairs property was on with them and thought it would ease communications however I am very disappointed with service.NegativeResponsiveness

Do not rent through this company. I rented a sub standard house from this company. The toilet didnt flush properly, the water didnt drain away in the bath so we had to shower in other peoples bath water, the roof leaked, windows didnt fit well, there were no banisters and my son fell down the stairs and broke his arm which had to be pinned back together. It took months and months and numerous telephone calls and emails for some to be fitted.One delightful lady told me that i wasn't Hunters client, the landlord was their client. It has been the most stressful situation for me and my family. If you are a renter, do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere else.

Absolutely shocking experience with this agency. Had to wait almost 2 weeks for a viewing as they were 'cleaning it thoroughly'. The poor tenant had died from covid so clearly it needed a deep clean. Instead, the flat was filthy. Couldn't even get in the freezer as even that had dirt inside and frosted over. The place was in a very poor state, there were issues that could easily have been sorted beforehand. How long do they need for Gods sake?! On top of that, Daniel who I'd spoken to before was very abrupt and hostile. Thought previously he was having an off day but clearly not. Can you imagine renting from someone like that?! He's the rental manager. So very unpleasant experience and they put my health at risk. Utterly irresponsible and disgusting quite frankly

Unprofessional service and unhelpful I rang with a query a couple of weeks before completion and spoke with an advisor called Alison Her lack of interest and Unprofessionalism showed She wasn’t interested in my questions and was very rude over the phone. I found her attitude appalling My friend viewed a property recently with hunters bingley and got the impression they have 0% interest in finding the right buyer for the right property She has since chosen a reputable agent who has happily found her her forever home I will not use Hunters again!!! My advice is spend your money with an estate agent who really wants to help you find the right home and do not waste your time or money with these clowns

I was pressurised into moving in within 3 weeks, when I needed to give 4 weeks notice to end my current tenancy agreement and Sky subscription etc..As acresult I am several hundred pounds out of pocket. I was then given just one key to the property and I have made numerous requests to change my DD date so that all my Bill's go out when I get paid. This would bring my payment forward 2 weeks and nobody has responded to my requests. The whole process has left me feeling bullied and stressed which has left a physical scars!

Avoid like the plague. Lied on their sales particulars and were rude and unresponsive throughout our purchase. We made a formal complaint which they refused to accept. We then took the matter to the property ombudsman who found against them and awarded compensation because of their behavior. This all took nearly a year to sort out and even after being found guilty they failed to pay the money in the time frame they specified. Only consider using them if you have lots of spare time and enjoying writing complaints.

I am writing this to warn people of the things that can happen my son and daughter in law and two children got a house to rent from these people and excepted that they would have to pay three hundred pound for a credit check my son full well knowing he had one cc j from years ago and told them of this went ahead as the owner IE landlord said they could have the house as he knew them to be honest good previous tenants with other property and working on good money and decent human beings unlike hunters have been they did the check in the mean time my son has signed the contract for the property so rightfully should be there to rent they then said no and kept the three hundred pound leaving my son and grandchildren homeless.however the previous landlord has given them back there old house as they were good tenants so loss to hunters id say and there better off not going with them so the story speaks for itself so does the name hunter for money not sence.i hope nobody else has this experience,however i have heard of other stories but this is mine.ps. Dad
