GoogleThanks to all the Lettings team for managing my BTL over the last four years. You guys have always been helpful, responsive and polite what ever the circumstance. Several tenants have come and gone but iv'e stuck with you as the service was second to none.

GoogleCommunication is not there strongest point. Sticking to the facts and doing as they are instructed to do so. Well they fail at that too. Happy to take the money and not do much for it. The manager should stick to doing the job you're paid to do rather than making an opinion of a situation. Two sides to every story. Unfortunately I still had to pay for the privilege. I would not recommend.

GoogleWe have recently had dealings with Hunters Estate Agents in Bingley, and what a great experience it has been. They are extremely helpful and provide lots of practical advice. We have been seeing Gaynor, who really is a breath of fresh air! Friendly, helpful and manages to make everyone feel valued, whatever their requirements. GoogleWonderful service from the moment we made contact. The staff have gone above and beyond what we expected to help us with the relocation to the area. The admin fees are a little higher than other agents however the customer service is first class. Carolyn, Ashleigh and Margaret we cant thank you enough for the help and support you have given us during this stressful time.

GoogleSpoke to someone called Daniel about viewing a flat. Was very curt with me, really shocking. Told me he didn't know what was happening re the lockdown situation. Basically they have no plans and no people skills. I understand it's a difficult time but no need for rudeness and being very unhelpful. Hardly inspires confidence to become a customer
