So disappointed with them. Booked over the phone for 11am, explicitly stated I'd be taking the day off work to attend this viewing. I ended up on the bypass instead of the main road so was 10 minutes late and couldn't ring with me driving. Got there to find she'd booked another appointment elsewhere for half 11,s despite having booked in at 11 so had already been and gone. I accept that I took the wrong route and was late but I am disgusted that I had been allocated what, a 5 minute slot?...to view the house and have any questions answered/paperwork sorted etc. Daft to think they're rushing client's in and out of their properties in such a manner. I'd drove all that way and would only have been ushered in and out anyway. Not happy. I suggest you ask on the phone how long a slot you'll have booked for you to avoid any disappointment and also, plan your route better thab I did!

Being new to owning a property to rent out & becoming a landlord It felt quite daunting. But lo & behold, the staff in Hunters of Bingley rentals put me at ease. Guiding me through the paces of what is expected of a landlord. Any questions I asked were answered or dealt with straight away. The staff found my 1st tenant in an instance. Their check was quick & efficient. So my tenant moved in within a very short time. I feel without the Hunters RENTAL Teams help, I would not have began to think of becoming a landlord.
