They referred me to Hunters conveyancing who were fantastic making the whole process smooth running and as stress free as possible. The full scope of resources Hunters have at hand made the sale quick and required very little involvement from me. Thanks to Sarah for keeping me in the loop anytime anything needed doing and being quick and attentive. Highly recommended!

GoogleHunters took over our house sale from another agent. The viewings they set up were more appropriate and resulted in an acceptable offer. However, Alison and her team went above and beyond their remit to ensure we got fast exchange in very difficult personal circumstances for us and worked very hard to ensure our sale proceeded when the chain could have collapsed. We recommend this branch very highly and Alison Gillett in particular..

GoogleElisa, Justine and their team went way above and beyond the call of duty in quickly finding us a great rental home in a beautiful location and within our budget. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. They worked on their days off, early in the morning and late into the evening to ensure paperwork was ready and that we could move in quickly, and they did it professionally and with grace. I was amazed at their level of service. I can't praise them highly enough.

We dealt with Alison and Sarah, both of whom were really professional and always available, consistently going above and beyond their day job to help us. GoogleI am a private landlord, I have been in this line for about 30 years, I look after my comercial propertys by my self, However I have quite a few of my houses in the hands of hunters,.. the whole team are very professional. I have used them for over 10 years, I must say that they look after my propertys in a very professional way., This leaves me with time to look after my comercial portfolio....If you are a experianced land lord [or a first time landlord] I can not recomend a better rental agent. I am looking to ad to my residential portfolio this year and I will defanatly be dealing with the team at hunters.

GoogleIt is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected? GoogleHunters is amazing and I recommend them to everyone - I have gone from being terrified of moving out to overflowing with excitement!! I am moving out for the first time and know next to nothing about the process. Hunters has guided me every step of the way and has been incredible at all stages of the process. It started with me finding a property on Rightmove and booking a viewing. I went to see it with one of their agents - William - and was not happy with the place, and thought that was the end of it. A few weeks later, one of their other agents - Hannah - called me asking for feedback on the property. I told her it wouldn't be positive feedback but she wanted to hear it anyway. She then informed me the problems were being addressed and invited me back for another viewing as well as another similar property she thought I might like. I went back and still didn't want the original property, but the other property she found was perfect for me. I asked to put in an application and she e-mailed me the same day with the application form. I filled it in, sent it back, paid the holding fee and received a link to the online portal. The online portal is fantastic and made it super easy to provide them with all the information they needed from me. It has a live chat which helped me when I wasn't sure what I should be entering, and provides a good overview of where you are in the process. I also e-mailed my questions to Hannah directly several times, and always received an answer within an hour or two. Hunters also recommended several companies they work with, and their recommendations have been good so far! I know that I can e-mail Hunters and get a reply quickly, and I know that if I want to talk "now" then I can pick up the phone and speak to someone. The process has kept me very involved and has been very easy. My only worry is that it may have spoilt me when it comes to other companies! Time will tell how Hunters handles any ongoing queries I have with my tenancy, but right now I have nothing but good things to say about them, and I strongly recommend anyone looking to move to give Hunters a try!!!

The portal used for the paperwork is easy to use and ensures that busy professionals are able to reference and sign tenancies electronically without leaving their work place. GoogleHaving started my journey in to the world of dealing with letting agents a number of years ago with dacre son and hartley I found the service with then to be very underwhelming and just bad in most cases however coming over to hunters as been nothing short of a delight the service is always friendly with a warm smile and they only seem to deal in straight forward information so you will not have to deal with the run around of not been giving all the information you need or being told multiple thing a from different agents, I would recommend hunters regardless of if you are new to renting or have been doing so for some time, thanks for the support
