GoogleMy goodness trying view house in Bingley which is a bungalow which was on for £225,000 is so so hard when working.I called and asked for a Saturday viewing and could not accommodate me for the next 2 Saturdays? Went away on holiday and the house has now dropped to £215000 I have asked for another viewing yesterday I said would come back and confirm as would need to see if my husband could make it. I called this morning and was booked in for tomorrow morning which was in my working hours but wanted to see house as sold mine and need a new home in this area. Was called back late afternoon to say that the other office should not have booked it as they have another viewer going and cancelled mine out. Asked if could go Saturday as viewing 2 houses in Bingley which both estate agent have accommodated for me to view today. I was told can not do Saturday . I have said okay I want to buy an house as I have sold mine and need to get moving with this. Really sad for person who this house is selling this as not only have they lost 10K they have lost a potential buyer if they liked it. This company needs more staff to accommodate people who need to view.
