A massive thank you to David Cliff Binfield for the friendly professionalism shown throughout this whole process of home moving. House moves are inevitably stressful, it helps when the people involved in this process do their job correctly, stick to the timelines and are understanding of the whole situation. We did not employ David Cliff directly, we bought a property they sold. But the smooth communications and their willingness to cater to our requests for viewings were really helpful in making our decision. Among all the chaos of settling in after the move, it was a pleasant surprise to receive the welcome card and a bouquet of flowers from them. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. In fact, when I spoke to a friend who had purchased a house in the area, soon after my viewing with David Cliff, he too had all the good things to say about David Cliff. Great job!!

Best Estate Agents ever! I recently bought a property through David Cliff Estate Agents. The most fantastic staff- Matthew, Chris and Lyndsey- truly outstanding from start to finish. Couldn’t do enough for me through the whole process. Proactive, attentive and professional. It was brilliant to engage with an estate agent who realised that this is not just a transaction but is about someone’s real life. If only all estate agents were like this! If I ever need to sell a property, buy another property or want to rent out my property, David Cliff estate agents are top of the list. We completed the sale in 8 weeks and this wouldn’t have happened without the fantastic service provided- just brilliant. Please choose David Cliff Estate agents! They bought me a congratulatory bunch of flowers on completion which I thought was a top class gesture. Matthew, Chris and Lyndsey do a brilliant job and I really am genuinely grateful for their kindness and proactivity through the process. Thank you! Choose them! A great team!

Matthew has been excellent from the word go. Through a pretty challenging process he has always remained proactive, calm and in control. As long as I'm in the area Matthew at David Cliff would be the only person I'd consider using for selling or buying property.

After 36 years in my family home I have had to downsize. David Cliff have handled the whole transaction superbly. I can highly recommend the staff at the Binfield branch who have been courteous and very efficient at all times. A special mention for Matt who has been so kind and understanding. He has kept me very well informed at all stages of the transaction and nothing has been too much trouble. I can’t recommend David Cliff highly enough.

Matthew and Lindsey from David Cliff Binfield are without doubt the best estate agents I have dealt with over the last 40 years. They have recently dealt with the sale of my house, the communication with them was faultless and Matthew never tired of my relentless calling for updates- in my view don’t waste your time looking at any other agents, it’s definitely worth the agents fees ( which were really reasonable)- 100% recommended

David Cliff picked up from another estate agent, when we couldn't see the results we were after. Matt hit the ground running straight away and was a huge source of advice, guidance and general help, I am uncertain if he ever sleeps to be honest! We had a challenging sale for reasons outside of anyone's control and we're very happy to now have exchanged and preparing for our imminent move. We can't Thank David Cliff and Matt enough, a pay check well earned!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

David Cliff recently sold my Binfield property. They were extremely professional during every step. I live in Vermont, USA, so needed an estate agent who could respond quickly & efficiently, & work remotely while taking the time differences between the UK & US into account. Matthew Mullane & his team went above and beyond with their service, always following up with a phone call to make sure I’d received information. I recommend David Cliff to anyone selling a property in the area. They really are ‘passionate about property’!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Matt @ David Cliff in Binfield has to be the best estate agent we’ve dealt with when selling our property. He dealt with us brilliantly, without any of the usual ‘estate agent’ persona. Buying/selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences in your life but knowing we had the backing of Matt helped relieve some of this stress. I’d recommend David Cliff and specifically Matt going forward - top class from start to finish.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Myself and my Partner Grant would highly recommend David Cliff as an estate agent after purchasing our first family home through the Binfield branch. After looking for a property for around a year we almost felt like giving up in the current market, it’s been crazy. However, both Chris and Matt in the Binfield branch made our experience very relaxed and not pushy in any way. We were chain free which really helped our position as we are expecting our first baby in August and without both of them and their outstanding communication skills I don’t think the process would of ran as smoothly. Thank you for making our overall experience great! We love our new home and look forward to many happy years ahead here.
