In summary, I cannot say enough great things about Matt & his team! Contactable, knowledgable, honest and also, really quite competitive on cost. Our process of moving house was more than 4 months in total and entirely painful throughout. Early on, it was difficult to know who to trust, and what advice to trust. I had the highest expectations of our solicitors and honestly, given previous experience with others, low expectations of the estate agents. The reality was quite the opposite. The house went on the market and within a matter of days, I had viewings lined up, about half of which turned into offers another few days later. During the selling process and throughout the transaction, Matt was always available to speak to and gave me his fair and honest opinion - not always exactly what I wanted to hear but always good advice. Matt & his team were able to talk more confidently about the process of buying our new build than even our solicitors could, which meant we could go back to our solicitors more informed about how to instruct them. We didn't take Matt's recommendation for solicitors, a decision I'd probably reverse if I were to do it again. Even after the transaction was complete, he stayed in touch and was on hand to help. Unfortunately, I've moved too far for me to use Matt & his team again (not that I'm in any rush to go through the process again) but I'd highly recommend anyone in the area, using them.

We recently purchased a property that was sold by David Cliff. Matt in particular took such good care of us from the very beginning when we started our search. He gave us so much of his time and experience and couldn't have been more helpful. Even though they weren't selling our property, we felt so looked after by him and the team, and found that he went over and beyond. We were more supported by David Cliff than our own selling agents! Communication was always immediate and Matt was always on hand to help us, or to arrange subsequent viewings at the property. When we finally completed, it was such a lovely touch to receive a card and a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the team. Thanks so much - you made a very stressful experience much easier! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend David Cliff to anyone selling or purchasing a property.

Matt came to value our property and whilst we don’t need to move, we wanted more space for the children and office space to work from home.. we had options… Matt was amazing, he was so straight forward and guided us to a decision that benefited us, not him. An honest, transparent estate agent who really care about what they do and go above and beyond for their customers. David Cliff secured 5 offers on my property on the open day, a sale was agreed and completed without any issues and I was kept fully informed,throughout. Their next challenge was to find me a property. They went above and beyond to keep me informed of properties coming onto the market, arranged viewings quickly and having found my new home through them, they dealt with the purchase, (including a couple of swerve balls that were thrown our way), with honesty, professionalism and most importantly always in a friendly upbeat manner. I cannot praise Matt and his team highly enough, he’s probably seen more of me than his family in the last 6 months!!

Chris Feedam and Matthew Mullane at David Cliff Binfield did an amazing job with the sale of our house. They helped to secure an acceptable offer the day after going live, and then after that buyer pulled out at the last minute for no given reason, they were able to find another buyer within just a few weeks. Both Chris and Matt were very friendly, polite, honest and trustworthy throughout the whole experience. And they were always so quick to respond to any query I had. As the Binfield branch is such a small team, I really felt the personal touch of being valued and cared for, and they put a great deal of effort in to ensure the sale went through. Matt was brilliant in pricing the property at the correct level to maximise sale price whilst generating lots of interest from potential buyers. If you are selling your house then I cannot recommend David Cliff highly enough! 5* does not do them justice, but it is the highest I can allocate. If you need further reasons to consider using David Cliff then please read my full review below. Before we spoke with David Cliff we originally went with another estate agent and the experience was dreadful! This prompted the initial conversation with Matthew at David Cliff and immediately my relationship with estate agents began to improve. Matthew was knowledgeable, transparent on expectations and confident that he would get traction on the sale of the house and importantly at the right price. From the outset the experience of selling was remarkably better, Matt only introduced fully researched and appropriate buyers rather than those just kicking the tyres or worse had been badgered by the agent to make a visit. All viewings were arranged at our convenience and afterwards a courtesy SMS was received to let us know that the house was clear to return. After the viewings there was a full summary provided of each and the front runners were identified and immediately followed up on. Within 3 weeks we had sold the house and it was painless! However the journey with your agent doesn't stop at getting an agreed sale and it was after this that Matt truly went the extra mile to ensure that the sale went smoothly through to completion. This meant managing the entire chain with both the buyers/sellers as well as all of the solicitors involved. The conveyancing solicitors needed continuous support and alignment and this role fell to Matt, if it wasn't for his management we would probably still be waiting to exchange let alone fully completed! Even at the 11th hour the solicitors were struggling to communicate but Matt was on hand to ensure that all were ready to complete. Following completion Matt was there yet again to manage the handovers of keys and despite move day being rather stressful Matt was calm and worked in the background to ensure additional stress was not applied. Following the move we received a lovely bunch of flowers to congratulate us on the move which was a very nice touch... Maybe you would get this from all agents, but the sentiment from Matt and all at David Cliff seemed genuine and heartfelt. Selling your house can be a difficult experience but I cannot thank Matt and all at David Cliff more for the way that our move was taken care of. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone that is selling their house.

I am disappointed with the service I've had from David Cliff. I rang on Saturday 13th April to ask for a valuation, but was told that no-one was able to access the diary. When I rang back on Saturday 20th April, I was given an appointment time for the following week. No-one arrived at the agreed time. When I rang the office to ask what'd happened, I was told that the appointment had only been 'pencilled in', and the valuator was no longer available.

We were shown around a series of properties with Toby Fisher. He was ready to ask even the hardest questions and clearly knew each property inside out. He also had a lovely manner whilst taking us around the properties giving us enough of a 'tour' to get a lay of the land but also giving us some time apart to see the properties. He was flexible in terms of setting up each viewing, he was one of the only estate agents who listened when I said my phone was only working on Wifi calls and he set everything up on WhatsApp. We also had a proper timetable sent by him for our viewings and full information sent about each property in advance, it felt exceptionally organised. We joked that if buying a property was solely about the estate agent Toby would have been our top pick.
