This is the second time I have used David Cliff for the sale of my property, they have once again been fantastic. The situation this time was complex, a very long chain, some incredibility difficult communication issues with others in the chain and a testing time for all. Lisa Roe was amazing, she was professional, responsive and really took control of the chains communication to ensure we could finally move forward and get exchanged. Everyone at David Cliff was fantastic and I would also recommend them to others.

Matt Mullane at David Cliff in Binfield has been absolutely amazing. We've been through a stressful time with our parents (in their late 80's) where we have had to sell their home of over 40 years, move them into a rental flat for 7 months, and finally buy a retirement flat.... and all 3 properties were sold, rented, then purchased through Matt at David Cliff, and without his help and professionalism together with his genuine kindness and honesty, I don't think we would be where we are today. I cannot thank Matt enough, and Aeron in the office too, and would highly recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly & caring estate agent to go straight to David Cliff, Binfield - you won't find anyone better. I have recently brought my first house through David Cliff and have to say the team especially Matt are fantastic. They went above and beyond what you would expect of any estate agent. Matt always kept me updated on any progress and made the process as stress free as possible in buying a house. Joss Merry and the crew at David Cliff did a great job from start to finish. Chris Feedam was very efficient in sorting out the deal and negotiations with the buyers at the beginning. Then Joss The Powerhouse Merry did was sublime at organising the chain whilst remaining professional and reliable throughout the process. From what I understand speaking directly with my seller Joss became the main person in 'the know' and you couldn't ask for a better person to be in charge. Organising chain solicitors and estate agents like a boss and keeping all the plates spinning. Worth every penny of their fee (and probably more!)

David and his team renewed our battered confidence in estate agency. From our first contact at the valuation stage through the viewings which were all done by the agent, through to the conveyancing and completion, David's team carried out their work with such proffesionalism and diligence that we wondered if we were dealing with an estate agency! There was never any miscomunication, no excuses and never did I have to chase them to do their job. The service really was that excellent and would happily recommend them to anyone who wishes to sell and buy property in the Wokingham area.

I have been using David cliff for 3 years to rent out my cute little 2 bed, I was quite specific on the clientele that I wanted to rent it to and David Cliff found me the perfect tenants every time.
