GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend David Cliff Estate Agents. Matthew Mullane in particular has been amazing. Throughout the purchasing process he has been very professional, supportive and informative, going above and beyond his remit to assist in very complicated and difficult circumstances, ensuring that we felt comfortable and "in the loop" at all times. Safe to say that I think our circumstances added to his already extensive knowledge as an estate agent, and we are very grateful for all of the assistance which he has provided. More than 5 star service in our opinion!

GoogleMatt,Chris and Lyndsey have been absolutely 💯 amazing. Without these guys my house sale wouldn't have gone through. Lost my 1st sale through the Liz Truss time and wierd buyers but they were on the case and found a more suitable buyer really quickly. They have been honest open and totally true to their word. They will provide you with a fair and accurate valuation backed up by a great local knowledge and will not bombard you with properties outside your criteria. Matthew in the Binfield office is fantastic and will look after you every step of the way.

With in two hours of us asking for a valuation, Matt already had a potential buyer lined up, wanting to view our property the same day as the valuation. Having been disappointed and let down with the service provided by other bigger rental market providers we met with Mr David Cliff when his agency was new on the market and immediately liked what they were about, gave them a try and haven’t looked back since! We now have a small property portfolio and David Cliff has now developed and grown as well they deserve to. The service to landlords in our experience is second to none we wouldn’t be tempted away. Victoria Farmer steers the ship in Lettings and does a fantastic job in finding quality tenants and giving great advice. The David Cliff Team instil confidence in both the Landlord and the Tenant giving a consistent quality “on the ball” professional service. GoogleI have just sold my flat through Matt at David Cliff in Binfield. Highly recommended, from start to finish - we had a really complicated chain and I felt in really good hands throughout with the coms being excellent. Matt pretty much single handily made the exchange happen in the end by proactively communicating with everyone involved and chasing and this made it far less stressful than it could have been.

FacebookI have recently sold through David cliff and couldn't recommend them more. Estate agents often get bad press, and in these days of the internet it can appear that they all have access to the same advertising forums. But it is the service that makes the difference especially when things don't go to plan. David and his team kept me adviced and informed throughout a very procrastinated process of nearly a year, and when the chain looked like it was about to collapse it was David that renegotiated right throughout the chain even when the agents I was buying through had given up. You could argue that the initial sale is the easy part..keeping it together seems to be where the real skill lies and David, joss and the rest of the team excel at this. Clearly in my opinion the best local agents by a long way.
