Tom & Toby were fab with the sale of our house, we sold in just over a week after quite a few successful viewings. They then handed the sale over to James to chase through to completion. Unfortunately due to no fault of ours or David cliffs we had a nightmare bottom of the chain, this led to a 6 month process for what should have been a straightforward transaction. I absolutely without a doubt couldn’t fault James though during this process he chased this everyday for us, put up with my meltdowns calmly & professionally, provided advice along the way and kept the pressure on the bottom of the chain right to the very end. He was brilliant! Everyone we have spoken to at David cliff has been personable, helpful & brilliant to deal with & I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks again guys 😊⭐️

We had an amazing experience with David Cliff Binfield during our recent move. Our agent Tom went above and beyond for us, frequently chasing down information when our solicitors went quiet. I’m sure he is buzzing that the process is over given how often I reached out for updates, but he remained incredibly patient, helpful and calm (unlike myself) throughout. He is definitely a true credit to the company. We plan on staying in Binfield for a long time, but when the time comes to move again, David Cliff will be our first choice! Thanks for everything Tom! We owe you more than a few pints down the boozer.

Selling my late parents home was a tough sell and emotional pull. To add to the challenge the property was not comparable to majority of the properties situated in Binfield and the surrounding area. Private lane, bungalow, pool in need of bringing up to date. We took the usual approach, three agents! The range was £150,000 difference!! Tom encouraged us to take the highest valuation and gave us the fairest commission in comparison of the others. The home sold quickly and at the price we, the sellers had in mind. A thank you to Tom, Toby and James for being respectful of our situation, and for achieving the best financial benefit too.

We cannot thank Toby at David Cliff,Binfield enough for finding us our dream home. Following a viewing on a different property Toby was keen we viewed another house we had initially dismissed. When we walked in we were bowled over and quickly put an offer in. Toby clearly knew better than we did what we wanted and found us the perfect place. From my first interaction for a property valuation, with absolutely no pressure at all; through the rest of the sales process with Charley and Tom in Binfield and Lyndsey in Wokingham; the outstanding service I have had has been extremely professional, diligent and helpful, for which I am very grateful. I had to sell an empty property following a bereavement and as I don’t live in the area; Charley and Tom were able to visit the property periodically to reassure me that all was well. I dealt with Tom and he made the experience easy as possible for me to sell my flat. He was super speedy at getting the photographer round and getting the property live, the turn around from getting in contact with me to the property going live was within a few days! The only reason that I am leaving 5 stars in this review is because I am unable to leave 6 stars. Our beautiful and unique 2 bedroom flat in Binfield, (which should have been quite easy to sell) we originally placed on the market with another estate agent, which turned out to be a waste of time. Moving to David Cliff was a really rewarding, and totally different experience. From the very beginning we felt that the whole team at David Cliff were there to help us achieve a sale in the best way possible, from the excellent photos that were taken of the flat at the beginning, to the continued contact at all points of the process. Due to having an inept Management Company, coupled with our buyer's solicitor, who didn't appear to know his elbow from another part of his anatomy, meant that the sale was protracted well beyond the time it should have taken. So I would like to give a very special mention to our "sales progressor" James Fleming. As a result of the sterling effort that James put in, to not only keep us totally updated with all that was happening, but that without his professional encouragement I feel that we would have given up on the sale ever happening. If you should be wondering why there are so many more David Cliff sale boards to be seen in and around the Binfield area than that of their competitors, I would imagine that it is because others have had the same rewarding experience as us, and have recommended them to their friends. Lastly, I would just like to finish by saying that I have NOT been paid by David Cliff to write this review. I can assure you that the sentiments that I have expressed are completely genuine. If you should be considering selling your property, then I would suggest that you contact David Cliff before considering anyone else.

The Story! Original plan, search for a new home to purchase with my partner in 2024. In September 2023 we spotted a beautiful home listed with David Cliff on Right Move. Despite the circumstances (current home at the time was not on the market) we called David Cliff in Binfield and were introduced to Matt to see if a viewing of the house we admired was possible. Matt was very professional. He qualified us and understood our position and a viewing was booked! Viewing complete = we want to buy this house! However, we were not in a position to offer due to our current home not being on the market to sell. Matt introduced us to the Wokingham team to offer a valuation of our current home with view to listing. This went smoothly and we decided to list with David Cliff, Wokingham branch. Within 4 weeks we were under offer! Thankfully the ’Dream Home’ was still available! Matt and his team worked their magic - offer accepted. The service we experienced for both selling and the purchase of our new home was exemplary. Efficient, professional and knowledgeable. There are invariably always hurdles to overcome with survey reports, communication and queries. The David Cliff team(s) from both the Binfield and Wokingham office handled everything exceptionally. Now, two weeks into living in our dream home we are delighted! For anyone thinking of selling or purchasing a new home we could not recommend David Cliff more highly.

Matt Mullane at David Cliff in Binfield has been absolutely amazing. We've been through a stressful time with our parents (in their late 80's) where we have had to sell their home of over 40 years, move them into a rental flat for 7 months, and finally buy a retirement flat.... and all 3 properties were sold, rented, then purchased through Matt at David Cliff, and without his help and professionalism together with his genuine kindness and honesty, I don't think we would be where we are today. I must say that my previous experience of dealing with estate agents hasn’t been great, but wow has my mind been changed and that is purely down to one person - Luke Strzadala. From the minute we put our house on the market to the day we exchanged which was a long 8 months, Luke has been outstanding.
