GoogleI used this company for my house sale. They were so efficient and couldn’t do enough to help me. Jess was brilliant and constantly in contact, responding to me straight away with any queries I had. Would not hesitate to use again and would recommend to anyone.

GoogleAs buyers, we found that Northgates were supportive, responsive to our questions and ably guided my partner and I through the buying process - linking us with a mortgage advisor and conveyancer who were just as great at their jobs. Such a friendly team, we would highly recommend Northgates!

GoogleRecently, we bought the house from this estate agent ,and I must say being the 1st time buyer and non resident to the local area: the whole team was very helpful from day one till we got the keys especially KATY😊. She was absolutely amazing , friendly and very approachable . She gave me an honest recommendations and suggestions regarding with different trades persons and put my mind at ease which was a HUGE thing for me. I always got the quick and positive response from her whatever my queries were.Without any doubt,she is superb and efficient when it comes to customer dealing and services.She is the girl to reach out. Thanks a lot for making our journey of buying a house so memorable!!😍

GoogleAnyone who’s ever sold/bought a house will know the stresses of trying to navigate an unfamiliar world or at least for me that’s what it felt like however, Northgate kept me clearly and consistently informed at ever turn and in between. To have someone with me through every step was an absolute comfort. My house sold within a week of going on the market for more than asked to say I was gobsmacked is an understatement! To have a company make you feel they’re genuinely interested in you and you alone is a hard task which these fantastic, kind and warm people did with ease. I would recommend them to anyone whom should ask. I can not thank you enough, you were a delight

They go over and beyond what is required of them. They sold our house within days and found us our dream home based on a list of what we wanted in a home. GoogleSold my house within weeks of it going on the market! Always accommodating with whatever was needed, always very helpful & willing to go above & beyond. It was mostly Jess we dealt with & we ended up getting more updates & information from her than the solicitors, she is an absolute credit to Northgates, & I would 100% recommend them if you're looking to either sell your house, or they have a property for sale that you are interested in.

GoogleUsed Northgate on numerous occasions now, they are such a friendly team and always make you feel so welcome when you go into their branch. Hayley and the rest of the team looked after us from start to finish of the sale, answered any queries we had, communicated with us every step of the way and took care of everything. They know Billingham inside out and I really feel if you buy or sell through them, this knowledge of the local area is invaluable and something you aren’t guaranteed to get elsewhere.

GoogleNorthgate look after the management of our rental properties, Tracy is our main contact and provides an excellent service. One our properties became empty earlier the year and after deciding to sell we had found a buyer within a week! Would highly recommend!

What a lovely lady she is, nothing is too much and she is always on hand for any queries and happy to go the extra mile to help. GoogleI am unable to praise the staff in Northgates enough to express how wonderful and supportive they are. We were lucky enough to have Hayley who lived our ups and downs with us. From the beginning the professionalism was evident as I received a lot of interest from genuine buyers. My house was sold within weeks in excess of the asking price. Our neighbour who was interested in our house, had been trying to sell their property for some time unsuccessfully. They put their house up with Northgates and although ours sold first theirs was not long behind. They went on to find their dream house and moved soon after. Unfortunately our buyers sale collapsed and we lost the house we were buying in France. Hayley worked non stop supporting us every step of the way even speaking with our vendor’s estate agent in France. The result was 6 months later we are in France waiting to move into our new house next week. The one we lost but regained due to Hayley liaising with the French agent and providing them with the reassurance they needed to wait for us. Hayley will always be welcome to visit us and we will always be grateful for her support through some really stressful times.
