GoogleNorthgate Estate Agents have been fantastic from start to finish. We bought our first home through them and later returned to sell it, and both experiences were excellent. The team were helpful, professional, and always kept us updated. Our house sold within a week of going on the market, which was incredible. We couldn’t have asked for better service, highly recommended!

GoogleNorthgate and Jess in particular have been amazing! She was always available to answer any questions we had and to chase up solicitors when needed. We were regularly kept informed with what was happening and she was just generally lovely every time we spoke to her and really put our mind at ease. I would highly recommend Northgate and Jess is a credit to them! 😁

GoogleI cannot recommend this company enough , they're absolutely fantastic ! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and you're always greeted with a smile . Katy , Jess and Hayley were all so friendly and welcoming and I will be passing on their details to anyone I know buying / selling a house .

GoogleAnyone who’s ever sold/bought a house will know the stresses of trying to navigate an unfamiliar world or at least for me that’s what it felt like however, Northgate kept me clearly and consistently informed at ever turn and in between. To have someone with me through every step was an absolute comfort. My house sold within a week of going on the market for more than asked to say I was gobsmacked is an understatement! To have a company make you feel they’re genuinely interested in you and you alone is a hard task which these fantastic, kind and warm people did with ease. I would recommend them to anyone whom should ask. I can not thank you enough, you were a delight

GoogleWithout doubt the most professional, honest and hard working agent I have used. Having dealt with the team before I had no hesitation to place 5 new builds on the market with them. The result, three properties sold for 100% of the asking price on the open day, fourth property at 100% the following week and all five properties sold within one month! GoogleCan't recommend Northgates enough. Jess has looked after me from the start, communicating, explaining and responding to any queries straight away. She's made the sale easy, from start to finish. I always knew what was happening every step of the way. She has been an absolute joy to deal with. I wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleNorthgates were absolutely amazing dealing with the purchase of our new house. Every time I rang with a query they went above and beyond to help us. We had a few issues during our process with solicitors and Jess from Northgates was always there to help, she would contact the solicitors and make sure the issues were resolved straight away. We were able to contact Northgates through WhatsApp which made it really easy and friendly. I would sometimes message out of open hours and I would always get a reply. Even when I called and spoke to a different member of the team, they always knew exactly what was going on with our purchase and made us feel really comfortable.
