North Gates handle the sale of my father's property in 2019. The team offered an excellent service. With realistic advice, lots of enthusiasm they carried out the sale efficiently with constant communication. Following this I decided after many years of acting landlord to one property I owned. I would use North Gates property management services. I wish I had done this a lot sooner. It was a relief to have their expertise taking care of the property as there are so many changes to the legislation it was making it a mine field. Also any repairs or queries from the Tennant we delt with promptly and professionally. I couldn't thank Tracy enough. North Gates have now been handling the sale of that property. Jess has worked tirelessly marketing and promoting the house. She has kept me informed on a regular basis. With her efforts the house is sold and completes tomorrow. Thank you North Gates Team. Northgate Estate agents are seriously the most helpful team and go beyond expectations when it come to customer service. Katy at Northgate has been working so incredibly hard during the process of me and my partner buying our first house. She has made sure that we understood every detail and aspect of what was happening through the process and stayed in touch throughout without fail. She made sure I never felt that I didn’t know what was going on and always answered any questions I had and even checked on the progress wherever she possibly could to give me regular updates. After unexpectedly falling pregnant at the beginning of 2022 it was time to sell my first little home to buy together as a family of 4. Northgate sold my house immediately after viewings and when that buyer pulled out, it sold again the same day! Not only that, Northgate helped us with our purchase of our new house which wasn’t even up for sale with them. Big shout out to Jess who supported us through the most stressful time of our lives to date and went above and beyond to help. We couldn’t have done it without her. Northgates have been amazing from day one. Lee first came to see our property and he explained their sales procedure and what they could do for us. Their fees are very competitive and they deserve every penny. Communication is fantastic, the whole team are on the ball so if someone is not in the office it’s not a problem. They are quick to respond to queries and nothing is a bother to them. Completion day was long and stressful for us but the team were at the end of the phone throughout the day (and after office hours) to deal with any issues and support us.
