It’s not very often I put time to one side to write a review but on this occasions it’s an absolute pleasure to recommend Northgate Estate agents. From day one the service has been excellent, everything promised was delivered upon. My biggest thank you is all for the communication, it was regular and informative, everything you need when going through what could have been a stressful process. The ladies in the office were so understanding, polite and honest. I wish to say thank you to Hayley and Jess, you are awesome and would highly recommend your service to anyone.

I am a professional landlord, who has been selling off his portfolio of properties over the past few years. I have used quite a few Teesside estate agents to help in the process. And without doubt Northgate Estate Agents in Billingham are my go-to company, no other company has touched them by a running mile. The first property I put with them in the summer of 2023. I had tried 3 different agents previously to sell it with no luck. Northgate took over the sale of this property, and had a buyer within the first week. I was appointed Jess Hope to handle the sale for me, her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail was second to none. Issues with the other party’s solicitor dragging their feet at every turn. And my solicitor saying she could not see what the issues were as they had everything, they need to complete the sale. Jess stepped in and went above and beyond for me; within a day she had the completion date agreed. I then put my next two properties I was selling with them, and again in Jess’s hands. And today I found out the completion is agreed for next Friday on one. And hopefully the next is not far behind being sold. All through the process of selling my properties. Jess has kept me updated through emails and WhatsApp; nothing seems to have been to much trouble for her. Also thank you to Lee for his outstanding knowledge of the local property market. It’s a pleasure to discuss selling a property to someone, who knows what he is talking about and not giving any Bull S!!!. Thank you to Jess, Lee and all at Northgate for your outstanding efforts, keeping in contact in a quick and timely manner. Without doubt the company to go to for buying and selling properties.
