GoogleJess at Northgate was absolutely amazing, she helped us every step of the way in buying our first home. I was very unsure of the full end to end process and at what stages I should be doing things, after expressing this concern to Jess she provided a very helpful buyer's guide that she had put together which made things much simpler and easier for us. Jess also went above and beyond, checking in regularly and even conducting a viewing for us after her work hours to ensure we could view the home we were sure we wanted. She relentlessly chased solicitors on both sides and helped us push them to get the completion date we needed. She's even made herself available to help with any queries after the purchase of the house. Northgate have been great and Jess' knowledge and advice has been invaluable to us. Thank you for your help and support throughout the process.

Jess is one of the staff members we dealt with and she helped us every step of the way even after the sale we are very grateful! GoogleNorthgate were amazing from start to finish for us selling our home. They took a lot of the stress away and communicated excellently. They made everything clear and explained every step. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They even went above and beyond on the moving day and came to help us move and supplied us with a ‘new home’ pack which was a lovely touch. We are so so happy we used Northgate and would recommend them to anyone who is selling their house.
