They also have a text messaging service for when you are selling a property to keep you up dated which is good. FacebookRecently had to sell our Dad's house after he passed away, it has been a very emotional & distressing time but i would just like to say that i would highly recommend them . We used the Stockton office & mainly dealt with Shannon who has been very understanding, helpful, friendly & professional. She has always kept us fully informed every step of the way with phone calls , emails etc. They done all the viewings for us which was a very big help. Thank you very much for making an awful time as stress free as possible.

GoogleWe were very impressed, from first meeting Ian when he did carried out the valuation, his friendly and very positive attitude, was the main reason we chose Michael Pool to market our property. The photos Ian took of our house were fantastic and better than we expected, which I'm sure was a key factor in selling our house within 7 days, along with a fantastic write up, we could not have ask any more. Annie was a pleasure to deal with, being very keen to keep us up to speed with a viewing feedback, and even though we were on holiday, she made every effort to email us with the all development. Excellent professional service, right from the valuation, to sale, I would, and have been recommending Michael Pool to anyone wish to market the property.
