I am not sure how I start why I have given 5 out of 5 stars to those whom helped me on my journey to my new house. One of the major role was financial advisor who is Shannon Dooley. Although she is very young, impression I have is very very positive. She has proven out her experience more than enough and she is very capable. She works very professional and she has brilliant communication skills which was really helpful. I have had two mortgages needs to be simultaneously run in timely manner and requires good negotiations skills. I think she is very professional and trustworthy personal which I would 100% recommend for those who need a financial advisor... On the other hand, all Bairstow Eves people really helpful and they are friendly and have professional approach to all the matters. Having said that, before going to anywhere, just personally visit this great estate agent and meet those lovely people personally...

I contacted Bairstow Eves in Billericay after deciding to rent my house out and have been so impressed with the professional way they go about their business. From the first contact i had with Chris Beadle who very promptly came to see me and explained all the details of renting out to the friendly face of Emily Avery who within a day had people lined up to view my property. Emily's knowledge and hard work have enabled me to concentrate on packing my property up knowing that Emily is dealing with all the paperwork a godsend i must say!! All the staff were so helpful and informative would certainly recommend!!

Emily Avery is always friendly, helpful and efficient. I am sure some of my questions were silly, but she always welcomed me and never made me feel stupid. I live abroad so she took care of everything for me and kept me informed along the way. The place was let within a month. This is a review for the property management department of Bairstow and Eves in Billericay. I am a landlord letting a property in Essex with Bairstow Eves Billericay under a full management contract. I am writing this while I have been listening to a telephone message for the last 45 minutes (!) thanking me for holding and informing me that I am currently in a queue and that my call will be answered shortly by a 'portfolio manager'. I have experienced very bad customer service before with Bairstow and Eves but then at least email were answered. Now emails are not answered either. Such poor quality customer service is truly worrying and this is how problem tenant/landlord relationships are created as tenants' phone calls and emails are not answered either or with a long delay. Stay clear and avoid at all cost!NegativeQuality, Value

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been absolutely appalled with the professionalism shown at this branch. They evidently pick and choose who they wish to like and treat nicely however, I was ready to move in ASAP and happy to put in an offer and Louise couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I cannot see why as me and my husband both earn more than 30X the monthly rent and we are ready to move in-all I did was have a couple of questions. Louise managed to put me and my husband off the property completely simply by her astonishing attitude. Brilliant ambassador for Bairstow Eves.
