I had a four bedroom house to rent and Sam, Lauren and Kelsey did an amazing job. I was let within 2 weeks of the refurb completing at full rent and six months up front. I could not be happier with the service. Thank you very much!

After being forced to move & rent another property we got in touch with Bairstow Eves, we have hit a few walls with our own finances etc but Louise Stanley in lettings has gone above and beyond her call of duty to help us get our property. She is friendly, super professional and extremely hardworking. We cannot thank her enough

My partner and I are first time renters, moving out of our parents home. The team made everything so easy for us and answered all our questions clearly, especially the silly ones you don’t know when you have not had to worry about paying your own bills before. Within 2 weeks of viewing the house we are moved in!

I first viewed a property with Chris, he was a lovely man, very professional and informative. Really helped me in the initial stages of the rental. I was then passed over to Louise to do the letting. The second time I've used Bairstow Eves Billericay Lettings department and the second time I've dealt with Emily and I can't fault the service I received! Emily is professional, friendly, helpful and patient (especially when I worried endlessly!) Would recommend Emily to anyone.

Great service from Bairstow Eves in Billericay, Lauren Collier in particular. We advised her of our needs which were quite urgent and she found the perfect property for us within hours. The whole process was made incredibly easy by Lauren's knowledge and professionalism with excellent communication throughout. We are now moved in and couldn't be happier, would highly recommend.

Louise in lettings has been particularly helpful. I have had an almost identical issue as a previous reviewer regarding extortionate energy supply charges for the first few days of tenancy before switching - more likely the supplier's concern - but other than that no issues. Great local knowledge and very friendly.

I have been using Bairstow Eves Billericay as Letting Agent for my house in the Vale continuously since 1996, (19 years now). Not only have they kept abreast with the market and amended letting agreements in line, but they have always acted professionally when contacted by the tenant for whatever works are required. The knowledge that they are managing the property and will only contact me if they absolutely need to, is reassuring to say the least. The last thing an absent landlord needs is to be continuously disturbed by either tenants or agents when, given certain levels of authority, the agent can be trusted to act on their own initiatives. I'm happy with their service and would recommend them to any Landord looking for peace of mind and assurance that both Tenants will be serviced and any new Legislative requirements will be met.
