We are at final stages with our house purchase and Tina has been absolutely amazing. Having only had contact with her at the end of the purchase, we feel she has gone above and beyond to get everything across the line for us, when she didn’t even need to! Matt and Justin did not simply find us a buyer; they helped change our lives. From my very first call with Matt, I knew we were in expert hands. He gave us honest, accurate advice and explained the market clearly. He also shared very interesting statistics that helped us understand how buyers behave and why certain approaches work. Everything he told us was backed by real knowledge and proved to be true. Matt kept me updated throughout the process, sometimes more than once a day, and provided ongoing encouragement, advice and support. I asked many questions, often every day and sometimes during evenings and weekends, but nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always patient, responsive and reassuring. Justin handled the viewings with complete professionalism, as well as genuine warmth and care. He represented our property exceptionally well and made the experience feel personal rather than simply transactional. Together, Matt and Justin found us the right buyer and supported us throughout the entire process. Their service has been exceptional, informative, expert, honest and genuinely caring. We are deeply grateful for everything they have done for our family. They have made our next chapter possible, and we would recommend Matt, Justin and Bairstow Eves Billericay without hesitation. Ridiculously good service, went far beyond what was required Matt wasn't even our estate agent, they were acting for the seller, yet they were the single reason our purchase got over the line. Our chain went quiet and Matt called us every day with updates, they were chasing solicitors and coordinating between all the estate agents in the chain to keep things moving. At points it honestly felt like they were project-managing the entire 5 person chain single-handedly. They did everything they could to make the process less stressful. If we ever sell in the area, Bairstow Eves will be the first call we make.

I have been a tenant with baristoves, and my experience has been frustrating. From the start of my tenancy, I was not provided with the correct parking badge for my designated bay, even though parking is included in my rent. Despite raising this issue on 17 September and following up multiple times, it remains unresolved. As a result, I have received two PCNs and have had to park in visitor spaces, which has caused inconvenience. Not being able to use the parking space I am paying for monthly has affected my peace of mind and caused stress. While I appreciate that the agency submitted an appeal on my behalf, the core issue, providing the correct parking badge, has not yet been addressed. I sincerely hope that by seeing this review, someone from the team will contact me to resolve this problem promptly
