GoogleGreat Estate Agent! I don't know why I didn't go with them in the first place. By not doing so it dragged my sale out by 3 months. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Tina was a star and didn't give up finding the right buyer. Sandy was brilliant at constantly making sure the chain held together. Great team

GoogleI have now used Billericay branch to sell two properties and I highly recommend the team. We principally dealt with Steve Harris for the sale of a house and then Tom Hunt for the sale of a flat. They are highly professional and worked really hard to sell the property keeping in touch with potential buyers and keeping us informed.

We chose to list with Bairstow Eves because they were honest and upfront about the difficult market and the challenges we may face but they also made us feel that they would do all they could to get us the sale - which they did! GoogleOne of the more pleasant aspects of their service as the ability to correctly value a property in their locale, particularly one that did not fit into a standard tick box. Other agents missed by a country mile. We found the assigned agents professional, in an English system that is far from fit for purpose, a relic in many ways of a bygone era. The fact that there is no contractual obligation at point of purchase leaves so much open to scam and over-promise and makes the agents job somewhat more difficult than it need be. The inability to be able to clearly see the whole chain is again something that is hopelessly antiquated and requires modernization especially given the huge sums of money involved these days. Despite the inadequacy of the English system they were diligent in following up our queries, and expediting solutions. We would not hesitate to use them again.
