FacebookAs first time buyers, we didn't really know anything about purchasing a property and were recommended by our friends to speak with Sarah in regards to applying for a mortgage. From the moment we met with Sarah she has been not only a wealth of knowledge around every aspect of our purchase but also a solid support network for the both of us at such a stressful time. Sarah has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to help us when we needed her and consistently put our minds at ease when we had lost all optimism. We had a rough ride buying our first home and if it wasn't for Sarah's dedication, professionalism and support, i'm not sure we would have ever got there! We would highly recommend her service to anyone who is buying, especially if it's for the first time.

GoogleSold a house last year through Thomas Morris. Whilst the team were very friendly, I did feel let down by the lack of communication, and found we was going back and forth on things which could have been avoided. It was a stressful time in the reason for the house sale, so felt this could have been dealt with better communication.

FacebookDisgusting company. Takes the sides of landlords when tenancy has ended. They hold on to deposits for weeks with no good reason. They lie about if they are in the office to avoid phone calls. DO NOT use this company if you want your deposit back. Hiding behind nonsense “legalities” in order to deflect the blame from the fact they don’t want to give you your money back. HORRENDOUS.
Completely agree yet another example of the horrendous customer service that proves you should NEVER rent from these people.
