Thanks to Debra Mills at Haart Biggin Hill, we exchanged on our sale/purchase today. There were many hurdles that had to be overcome, many of which were caused by our solicitor/purchaser but Debra quickly and professionally sorted everything out, considering we were not paying Haart anything as were only purchasing through them. We have learnt that the cheapest estate agent is not the best, we have learnt our lesson on this transaction and we know who we will use in future. Deborah has been fantastic - she is always at the end of the phone/email, and she has been very quick to contact us re. new properties which she thought would be of interest to us. We have been trying to sell our house since the early part of 2020, and Haart’s Kimberley Yardley, has been an anchor for us through the stormy process. Through no fault of Haart’s, our original house purchase fell through, which put back our sale. Kim kept us and our buyers informed, to the progress and eventually we got back on the right path. Kim did all the showing round our house, and once we decided to go for a sale, it was sold in 4 days. (Whilst we were viewing a new potential houses purchase for us) They are a good local estate agents, and were able to get plenty of viewing is a short space of time. We are selling our property in Biggin Hill through Haart and they have been an absolute delight to deal with throughout. They are honest, reliable and highly professional. When our original buyer pulled out, Haart were quick to communicate this to us, reassure us on expectations of finding a new buyer and got our property back on the market and again they sold it in about 2 weeks. We had dealings with all of the agents at Haart, however our allocated agent Deborah Mills was an absolute delight. I have high expectations of customer service and Deborah met them and exceeded them. They may charge a higher precentage on their fees than other agents - but they certainly earn it! One of the stand outs to me was that they financially verified every potential buyer before they came through our door, so we never had any timewasters - not something all agents are doing!
