I cannot recommend Hart Estate Agents highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, friendly, and completely stress-free. A very special thank you to Holly Thomas and Matt, who both went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Their communication was outstanding, they were always approachable, honest, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their dedication and attention to detail really made all the difference. Buying/selling a home can often feel overwhelming, but Holly and Matt made everything smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. Their knowledge of the market and commitment to excellent customer service is second to none. If you’re looking for an estate agent you can truly trust, I would wholeheartedly recommend Hart Estate Agents. Thank you again Holly and Matt for all your hard work, it was hugely appreciated!

We sold our house with Haarts recently. We sold in only a number of days of being on the market, at the full asking price! Matthew was our initial point of contact, he was very professional & able to answer all of our questions. Once we were live, Shannon was fantastic. She worked viewings around our shift work, kept us updated & helped everything move quickly & smoothly. We would definitely recommend them! Thank you 🥰

I went & viewed a property & meet the agent Kimberley Yardley. Kimberley answered all my questions, was so professional with none of the hard selling that some agents give. I would fully recommend going with this company, even when I decided that the property wasn’t for me the follow up call was so warming and sincere. I asked Kimberley advice about when I do find the right property things to research on, which was ever so helpful. Kimberley, you’re a credit to the company, hopefully I find the right property and you’re the agent I find it with. Thank you for your help and patience. Kevin .

I have also spoken with Hailey and she also has been so professional they remember you and your requirements. Deborah really has a feel for whar your looking for it really feels like your getting a personal service rather than just being another random person trying to buy a property like you experience with other agents I really hope I can find my dream house with Haarts Biggin Hill as they are so lovely to deal I highly recommend them

My elderly mother recently sold her house near Brasted through Haart and purchased her new one through them. We can't fault their service, all the team were so behind her - they were incredibly supportive and helpful. She lost two buyers due to the difficult housing market but Matthew, Kimberley and Holly at the Biggin Hill office stayed determined and Mum had a constant flow of viewings, many more than some of her friends also selling, who had used other agents. THANK YOU for all your efforts - what a fantastic team. 100% recommend !! We couldn't have done it without them :-) Alice & Jenny xx

Deborah has been fantastic the whole way through our house buying process. Always on hand to answer any questions we may have and listened when we ran through the criteria we had looking for our family home. Easing the stress in chasing our solicitor and liaising with our mortgage broker are just some of the other tasks she was on hand to help with! Deborah we cannot thank you enough for helping us to purchase our first family home. Whilst the next move isn’t planned for a good few years, we will certainly be back for your expert help again!
