Hi, we had a very good experience with Kimberley Yardley (Kim) in Haart, Biggin Hill Branch, as first time property buyers. Since the beginning of our transaction, Kim was very informative and helpful. She would work an extra mile to help and deal with our enquiries. I remember when we were late with our viewing the property, she stayed behind and beyond her time to accommodate us. Kim was and still is always available when we need help within our transaction. Kim responds promptly as well in terms of our needs and enquiries from the seller. Our property buying was dealt with smoothly and efficiently by Miss Kim Yardley and we are so grateful for all her support and assistance. Again, as a first time buyer, it was very beneficial that we had Kim assisted, supported and helped us through. Her attitude towards her role at work is commendable. I had the misfortune to have quite a difficult seller who was making something as simple as a cash sale with no chains an arduous process.
