I recently had dealings with Haart Estate Agents in Biggin Hill. I was interested in viewing and potentially purchasing a property they had listed. The purchase didn't come to fruition, but during the process, I found Harrts' approach to be most refreshing. I think the thing that appealed to me the most was that I could speak to the negotiator Kim in an open and frank manner, she always returned calls immediately and she liaised with the vendors with great efficiency and professionalism. This is what one would expect of course, but the calibre of the staff made a great deal of difference and I would certainly recommend using Haart Estate Agents to sell a property as you can be sure they will try to aid the process on your behalf and that of the potential purchaser. I have been very pleased with the very professional way the purchase of my new home has been dealt with by the staff at Haarts. I wish to make an extra thank you to Deborah who from the very beginning has been exceptional. The property she knew I wanted had been taken off the market but persuaded the owners to let me view and of course she was spot on. It was exactly what I had hoped for. She also has given me great help during the stressful last months and if it wasn’t for her prompt action last week I do not think the exchange would have been made. I cannot thank her enough. We have recently exchanged on our 1st Home and just had to leave a review for all the team at Haart Biggin Hill. In particular Deborah Mills, who made the entire process from putting us in touch with Just Mortgages (who were incredible too!) to sorting out final last minute bits with Sellers and Solictors a breeze. They say moving is a stressful period, however with haart we were kept fully up to speed at all parts of the process and no question was made to feel silly. If you are looking to buy or sell your home I could not reccomend Haart anymore.

After some trouble selling our house with other agents. We turned to Haart to see if we had better luck. We were blessed to have Hailey helping us through the transfer process and getting the house on the market. Hailey showed endless amounts of enthusiasm and professionalism when it came to selling our home. She put her all into every visit and the results reflected that. Our house had an offer within 2 weeks of transferring and it was the best decision we made.
