Deborah has been enormously helpful throughout the marketing and selling process. We had some difficulties with sales falling through, but Deborah and the Haart team were always resourceful in moving things on and ensuring we got to a sale. Always polite, business-like and efficient. Thank you.

Having decided to make what would be our last move we visited several estate agents in various areas. Our first port of call was at haart in Biggin Hill where we met Deborah Mills. From our initial meeting and indeed throughout all our dealings we were treated as individuals with Deborah going our of her way to try to find a property that met our requirements, keeping us informed of anything new coming on to the market and even escorting us to one particular property. She always had time to listen to us, advise us and genuinely be interested in as people and not just as prospective clients. It was a pleasure to get to know her and although we eventually found a place not on her books, we will always be grateful to her for all her help,

My property has been on the market with Haart, Biggin Hill since February. And what has proved to be an unusual and tricky sale finally exchanged contracts today. Kim Yardley has been my constant support throughout the whole process. Always willing to help - however many times I called and always on my side. I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and persistence on my behalf.

Haart Biggin Hill have just agreed a sale on my house, after I had been trying to sell unsuccessfully through a local Estate Agent in Westerham for many months. The service Matthew and his team at Haart have provided, since instructing them, has been extremely professional and I cannot praise them enough. Although Haart are not based in Westerham they certainly know the market and their buyers!

I would just like to say thanks to you all at hart. Matthew is like an excitable puppy his enthusiasm can be abit much on first meeting but he is easily trained. My biggest thanks go to Kim & Deborah for putting up with me. They answered my questions with good knowledge & honesty. Although they really must of been fed up of me. Thanks again

Great service provided by Deborah and the team. She listened to what we were looking for and gave us good advice to prevent us wasting time on properties that would not have been suitable for our family. We are so pleased with our purchase and are looking forward to spending, what will hopefully be, many happy years there. Would definitely recommend using haart.
