GoogleHarrt is the best estate agent, they are loyal, polite and friendly Ask for Deborah, she is an outstanding member of haart at Biggin Hill Branch. She helped us find our dream house at the best price. She also helped us find a mortgage advisor called Emma, who made sure we got a reasonable mortgage deal. In short, Deb will be with you from the top to the bottom to make sure everything goes smoothly and perfectly. I take this opportunity to thank her and we are so proud of you as you have such a kind heart. I strongly recommend the Haart estate to my friends and family. 👏👏👏👏👏😊😊😊🏘️

GoogleJust wanted to say what a fabulous experience we have had with Haart in Biggin Hill. We initially met with Deborah earlier in the year at (what will be in January 2026) our new home in Westerham. We have since been back to measure up and were equally well looked after by Shannon. Throughout this process we have been lucky enough to have Matt Donnelly on our side, and frankly, I'm not sure this whole thing would have reached a positive conclusion without his help, support and professionalism. Everyone knows that the moving process is pretty stressful on so many levels, so to have a team who really have your back, and who really care, makes all the difference in the world. Thank you so much. Come visit us in our new home please guys. Love Sylv & Mark xx
Thank you for such a lovely review, we have enjoyed working alongside you and Mark to make this move happen, and cant wait until completion day to give you the keys to your new home. Have a great day the Biggin Hill team

GoogleI recently sold my late father’s property through Deborah Mills at Haart Estate Agent in Biggin Hill and really happy with the service I received. From the initial valuation to the final sale, the entire process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Deborah provided honest advice on pricing, created high-quality marketing materials, and kept me updated every step of the way. I requested the viewings were handled by her as I do not live local. Viewings were very well-managed, advising me before and after it took place with prompt, constructive feedback. I particularly appreciated her clear communication and proactive approach, nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend Haart Estate Agent to anyone looking to sell their home, a top-notch team that truly delivers. The experience was far less stressful than I anticipated.

GoogleThe team at Biggin Hill were so friendly and helpful, you could not ask for better service. They listened to our needs and presented the perfect property. They kept us going even when the sale of our house fell through - twice! We were in the depths of despair. Deborah was an absolute angel, digging deep into her years of knowledge and experience to secure the sale. She is so passionate. She was so helpful to the Vendor too. We got complete wrap around quality care and I would recommend HAART to anyone looking for a new home. Their professionalism and expertise is 2nd to none! We are settling in and look forward to being part of the community.

GoogleWe were lucky to have Deborah of Haarts in Biggin Hill as the agent selling out house. Ours was a new build of contemporary design which needed considerable input and feedback from Deborah and whilst it took a while to sell I am sure that without her help along the way we would not have achieved the sale. I can highly recommend Deborah and Haarts for their professional and personal approach.
Thank you for your kind words and I am delighted that haart were able to assist in the sale of your property Best Wishes Deborah @ haart

GoogleDeborah has been wonderful. She is personable and professional. What’s really nice is that not only is she good at her job, she really seems to enjoy it. It makes such a difference. We were with a different estate agent prior to haart and the difference in comparison was incredible. Enthusiastic, positive but also pragmatic and balanced. We would definitely recommend Deborah and haart (not forgetting Matthew and Kim too!). The reason we opted for haart was their success locally. The team, and especially Deborah (and Matt initially) have only strengthened their reputation further. 10/10.
Thank you for your kind words and we are delighted that haart Biggin Hill were able to get you moved. We wish you all the very best for the future from Deborah and the team at haart Biggin Hill

We were not dissapointed Matt, Deborah and Kim (who mainly oversaw our sale) were always polite, professional, proactive and kept us informed throughout They were there for nearly every viewing (if we did a viewing they always checked if it was ok or they would arrange another time when they would be there).
