We dealt 99% of the time with Neil Armstrong from Regency .Not only was he a very professional , But he also Informed us the most at every move of our purchase alot more than out own solicitors. We were very happy with the service given by everyone. Our main contact was Lee who was always pleasant and friendly, and did all he could to achieve the sale. It was a probate sale and Lee did an excellent job to help us find contractors to carry out work, clear the house and move us on completion.

We purchased 3 properties for buy to let purposes through other agents in the town (one of which was a thoroughly disagreeable experience, won't name names but begins with 'W' and ends in 'ebbers!' We therefore decided that for the letting of these properties that Regency with their excellent reputation would be our agents of choice. From the outset, we were keen to provide them with immaculately presented properties which would be straightforward and appealing to tenants and within a very short space of time, suitable quality tenants were found. The administration of the tenancy agreements was all very smooth and efficient and any queries quickly and calmly addressed. On an ongoing basis, we as landlords undertake any maintenance issues but Regency are always on the ball to ensure our properties are maintained, well looked after by the tenants and rents paid on time usually on the day the rent is due and that is not something other agents would do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective landlords looking for a caring, friendly, cost effective agent to manage your property.

I find Regency very easy to contact - they help me maintain excellent communication and relationship with my tenants - give sensible advise on the need for maintenance and use good local tradesmen at a reasonable cost, - update me and have good practice on any legal or health and safety requirements . - I have always received prompt payment of rents. I would recommend them very highly..

We have moved several times over the last 25 years and this is the first time that we haven't had to chase up the estate agent for information. They kept us fully informed at all times during the sale and they even kept the respective solicitors on their toes. The photographs were brilliant and the wording was extremely well thought through. They worked late on the Friday and were able to get our home onto Rightmove by 10pm that evening. By 10am the following morning they had arranged four viewings for that day and the house was sold by lunchtime. Was it just luck or as Tina would say, "Better than all the rest"? Well, I'm an extremely hard taskmaster and I can assure you that the team at Regency are extremely professional and I'm sure that they would treat all of their customers with the same level of dedication. Regency dealt with the sale of our house in a very professional manner. The evaluation led to a sale within 2 months of putting house on the market. Throughout the transaction all the staff were very knowledgable, supportive and friendly. We liked the way photographs of the house were updated on the website and the sale was kept under regular review. We were kept informed of progress and found the whole process reassuring. The new office is very welcoming, comfortable and customer centred. We were also looking for a property to buy and again the staff were very helpful as well as realistic about the market. We would certainly recommend Regency to anyone selling a house in the North Devon area.
