I recently purchased my first home with regency and received an excellent service. I worked with James in the Bideford office and I can not speak highly enough of him! James was friendly, professional and really helped me through a process I knew nothing about!! It was a pleasure to work with James and I would recommend him and regency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I have recently moved house due to a significant change in personal circumstances. Regency were brilliant, they were kind understanding and very helpful. In particular I would like to praise Lee who was incredibly helpful and supportive, he made a difficult situation much easier to bare, he answered all of my queries and questions very quickly and helped enormously. We bought through Regency when we didn't know the area. We let properties in the Midlands & have got fed up with bad agents, so we're naturally suspect about Regency! I have to say though that Regency were spot on throughout, they did what agents should do - negotiate the pricing & chase things through. Neil has a young proactive team who all seem to be on the ball, they always have time for their customers & make you feel relaxed. Top marks Neil & team, keep it up. Peter & Heather

I bought a property that was being marketed by regency estate agents. Lee Childs dealt with me personally thoughtout the whole process and also went out of his way to give me additional information and advice that certainly made the process of buying a property a whole lot easier. I thought he was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank him enough for the referrals and advice given to me as a first time buyer.

We dealt 99% of the time with Neil Armstrong from Regency .Not only was he a very professional , But he also Informed us the most at every move of our purchase alot more than out own solicitors. Lol .I would absolutely recommend Neil and Regency estate agents whether your buying or selling .These guys are the best!

I had a particularly torrid time getting to exchange of contracts on my house in Leeds, and Regency handled everything in Westward Ho!, keeping our vendors happy and up to date, so we didn`t lose the house we really wanted.. They were in touch with us, our agents and our solicitor on a regular basis. Well done to everyone.
