Adam, Tessa and Hannah, the Morris and Bott team, eased us through what is traditionally a very stressful time. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always there to answer our questions and offer advice. We felt that we arrived as clients and left as friends. They even popped in recently for a cup of coffee recently to see how we were doing!

Morris and Bott provided a fabulous service selling our cottage. Polite, helpful, efficient, highly attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for them. Especially welcome was the follow up after the sale had been agreed as they phoned the buyers solicitor regularly and kept us well informed. A great team. All the sales agents had the information they needed to show potential buyers round and careful to fit in with our needs as this was a holiday cottage being sold in the height of the season. They were highly proactive in looking for buyers and also in qualifying them.

I was recommended M&B by a friend living locally to Northam. I live in Surrey and had to sell the property for personal reasons. After a bad experience with an on line estate agent, and 800 pounds down the drain we asked morris and bott for their assistance in selling our house. As soon as they were on board we had several perspective buyers looking around the property. And sold within no time. Morris and bott are the best estate agent around bideford and we would recommend them if asked to anyone looking to sell a property. All the staff were excellent and we were helped with every step. The transitions went very smoothly ,communication was excellent, each week ellie who was dealing with our sale rang and keeper us up to date with progress.. All the staff are friendly and very approachable, and are only to willing to help in anyway they can.So if your looking for an estate agent look no further than MORRIS AND BOTT people that care about each individual .
