We had been trying to sell our property for some time. Knowing it was not going to be an easy undertaking Adam at Morris and Bott was still very keen to take it on. From the start their attitude was enthusiastic and professional and their positive attitude gave us the encouragement we needed.. They are a smaller agency but do not be put off by that as their advertising of our property was outstanding with no expense spared and at no extra cost to us. Adam and all the girls were so supportive throughout what was a pretty traumatic year. But we got there in the end. Everyone went out of their way to make the whole process as painless as possible - lots of serious hiccups but Morris & Bott were always there to mop up the tears, give cups of tea and solicit advice of varying sorts. I would recommend them every time and although I NEVER want to move house again, if I have to it will be with Adam and his team. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

We purchased our house via Morris and Bott and were dealt with by the superb Hannah Curtis. Not only was she always available but she took time to update us weekly and even went out of her way to fully understand the situation before calling us, either by calling our agency or both sets of solicitors. Added to this Hannah and all the othe agency staff were unfailingly bright, positive and a pleasure to deal with. We have found our house I would recommend anyone to find theirs with this agency..

We sold our house in Combe Martin through an agent in Ilfracombe and purchased a lovely house in Bideford through Morris & Bott, Bideford. We ended up with six houses in the chain and if it was not for Hannah at Morris & Bott, Bideford and her dogged determination to satisfy the whole chain regarding a suitable completion date I am convinced the chain would have broken, so a big thank you to Hannah for all her help and also to the rest of team at Morris & Bott, Bideford for their friendly service plus the lovely little touches, such as the ' Welcome to your new home card ' signed by all the staff with individual comments and also the delicious chocolate cake we received when picking up the keys. I sold my house through Morris and. Bott and found the whole process exactly what I wanted. The initial process, discussions and marketing were all excellent , then I was kept fully in the loop for all viewings. The more reassuring points were the attention to details, professional manner , flexibility and that Morris and Bott do what's best for you ! During the sale they kept on top of everything and ensured a fantastic job was done right up until the keys were handed over, AND even after completion they remain in contact, going far beyond what I have ever experienced. Morris and Bott were fantastic in all stages of this sale and were very quick to re advertise when our initial buyer pulled out. Tessa was in regular communication all the way through with us and both sets sets of solicitors to help keep things moving once sale agreed and at no point did I get that 'lack of interest feel' from them once sale agreed that I have found in the past with other estate agents. By an absolute country mile these are the best estate agents I have ever come across. Incredibly friendly, extremely attentive, and totally on the ball. And they really offer the personal touch. Hannah was our point of contact, and to be fair she deserves a medal. Tess marketed the property superbly. The pictures she took were stunning. And Adam is possibly one of the nicest friendliest people I’ve ever met. Hands down you will not find a better company to market your property.

Tessa was an absolute star and very proactive at moving things forward in a difficult chain both with the purchase of my property and the sale of my property - in spite of the latter not being on their books. Not planning on moving again - ever - but if I did I would use Morris and Bott without hesitation.

What can I say? I have dealt with many estate agents in both my private and professional life and Morris and Bott have outshone them all. Tessa is amazing, always keeping you up to date with progress, sorting out any problems and giving helpful advice, all this along with a friendly and approachable manner - I couldn't have asked for better.... even popping in on move day with cakes and a card.! Hannah and Adam also get 10 out of 10 for their helpfulness and going the extra mile not to mention all done with a sense of humour which is definitely necessary with a house move!. Would thoroughly recommend this agent - and a big thank you to them all for helping me with my long distance move..

Having a specific contact was really helpful, knowing who to speak to. I found Tessa warm and friendly and efficient. We found it very helpful having just one person to deal with during our purchase rather than several different agents .
