They were truly excellent.

After a traumatic time of not being in a position to buy our dream property, Morris and Bott called us to inform us that the previous sale had fallen through, and we were able then to proceed. At all times the service from the Morris and Bott team was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and communication was really excellent. Hannah managed all parties very professionally and kept us informed on a very regular basis of progress, chasing where possible and ultimately making it all happen. Brilliant service

We purchased our house via Morris and Bott and were dealt with by the superb Hannah Curtis. Not only was she always available but she took time to update us weekly and even went out of her way to fully understand the situation before calling us, either by calling our agency or both sets of solicitors. Added to this Hannah and all the othe agency staff were unfailingly bright, positive and a pleasure to deal with. We have found our house I would recommend anyone to find theirs with this agency..

Professional and friendly service from start to finish.

We sold our house in Combe Martin through an agent in Ilfracombe and purchased a lovely house in Bideford through Morris & Bott, Bideford. We ended up with six houses in the chain and if it was not for Hannah at Morris & Bott, Bideford and her dogged determination to satisfy the whole chain regarding a suitable completion date I am convinced the chain would have broken, so a big thank you to Hannah for all her help and also to the rest of team at Morris & Bott, Bideford for their friendly service plus the lovely little touches, such as the ' Welcome to your new home card ' signed by all the staff with individual comments and also the delicious chocolate cake we received when picking up the keys. Excellent service - would highly recommend

I sold my property through another local agent but purchased my new property through Morris and Bott. The difference in service was staggering. Tessa was an absolute star and very proactive at moving things forward in a difficult chain both with the purchase of my property and the sale of my property - in spite of the latter not being on their books. Not planning on moving again - ever - but if I did I would use Morris and Bott without hesitation.

Excellent - couldnt have hoped for better

What can I say? I have dealt with many estate agents in both my private and professional life and Morris and Bott have outshone them all. Tessa is amazing, always keeping you up to date with progress, sorting out any problems and giving helpful advice, all this along with a friendly and approachable manner - I couldn't have asked for better.... even popping in on move day with cakes and a card.! Hannah and Adam also get 10 out of 10 for their helpfulness and going the extra mile not to mention all done with a sense of humour which is definitely necessary with a house move!.
