They succeeded where others failed

We had been trying to sell our property for some time. Knowing it was not going to be an easy undertaking Adam at Morris and Bott was still very keen to take it on. Outstandingly efficient, thoughtful and thoroughly kind

Adam and all the girls were so supportive throughout what was a pretty traumatic year. But we got there in the end. Everyone went out of their way to make the whole process as painless as possible - lots of serious hiccups but Morris & Bott were always there to mop up the tears, give cups of tea and solicit advice of varying sorts. All round just what you need!

I sold my house through Morris and. Bott and found the whole process exactly what I wanted. The initial process, discussions and marketing were all excellent , then I was kept fully in the loop for all viewings. Fantastic Service - beginning to end!

Morris and Bott were fantastic in all stages of this sale and were very quick to re advertise when our initial buyer pulled out. Tessa was in regular communication all the way through with us and both sets sets of solicitors to help keep things moving once sale agreed and at no point did I get that 'lack of interest feel' from them once sale agreed that I have found in the past with other estate agents. By an absolute country mile these are the best estate agents I have ever come across. Incredibly friendly, extremely attentive, and totally on the ball. And they really offer the personal touch. Fabulous service throughout the process

Morris and Bott provided a fabulous service selling our cottage. Polite, helpful, efficient, highly attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for them. Especially welcome was the follow up after the sale had been agreed as they phoned the buyers solicitor regularly and kept us well informed. A great team. After a bad experience with an on line estate agent, and 800 pounds down the drain we asked morris and bott for their assistance in selling our house. As soon as they were on board we had several perspective buyers looking around the property. And sold within no time. Selling our 20 acre Farm Complex

Don't go anywhere else, these are the best!

I rarely do reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion. The service I received from Morris & Bott was simply outstanding, from the valuation right through to (a very complicated) completion. I was kept informed at all stages and not once did I need to phone them to chase anything. I have used other estate agents in the area before and obviously had a few valuations on the property I just sold but this estate agent are in a league of their own.
