View AgentsFantastic! Helped us to buy our first home
Morris and Bott supported us throughout the buying process and were always willing to answer all of our questions. They kept our communications with the same estate agent who showed us around the house; this familiarity was really helpful and the estate agent that we had was really friendly. We couldn't have asked for more!

GoogleMorris and Bott provided a fabulous service selling our cottage. Polite, helpful, efficient, highly attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for them. Especially welcome was the follow up after the sale had been agreed as they phoned the buyers solicitor regularly and kept us well informed. A great team.

View AgentsRefreshingly professional and helpful, and attentive
A very responsive, considerate, knowledgeable and attentive team of professionals who engage with buyers and sellers helpfully and thoroughly. Whether a buyer or a seller, they display genuine interest in a customer's requirements that others, especially in other parts of England, sadly lack. A refreshing addition to residential estate agents and well worth dealing with!

GoogleWanted to know the price of a little cottage, for sale in Appledore. I put the address into your website but it told me there was nothing available, despite actually being outside the cottage looking at the sign that clearly said, For Sale!

This estate agency truly deserves a 5* rating. From start to finish their service has been friendly and efficient and, unlike most estate agents, their commission is not their top priority. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone I know who is buying or selling.
