The help, advice and overall service received from everyone in the Bideford office was exemplory. The purchase wasn't totally straight forward and required careful negotiation with the vendor but we didn't need to get involved as Bond Oxborough Phillips dealt with everything. Agent gave an estimated price one week, put on the market the following Monday, sale agreed by the following Friday! Two other viewings before that as the agent knew his 'market' as to who might be potentially interested in the purchase. Around 10 days from start to finish can't be bad.
