We recently sold our first home within a week through the Bideford Office and could not of asked for better service from start to finish. Finn in particular valued our property and was then very kind in helping us as much as possible to try and find a new home. He went out of his way to keep us updated with all new instructions and even took calls outside of office hours. When viewing available properties the office managed to fit in the viewings very quickly and after work which not all agents were happy to do. All the staff in the Bideford office were always there to help and were very professional. so if we happen to move house in the future we would definitely use Bond Oxborough again. An outstanding service in the sale of a 2 bedroomed, terraced property.

From the initial registration and advisory interview and viewing with the Partner Neil Phillips, the service was excellent at each stage. All the viewings were done by the agent; the staff who conducted the viewings were smart, attentive and polite. I was given at least 24 hours notice before every viewing. They used honest, thoughtful strategies to ensure that the property received the maximum number of viewings in the first month. As the vendor, I was given detailed feedback on every viewing; the agent left text and voicemail messages to keep me up to date and to ensure that we had direct contact after each viewing. The property was given a high profile advertisement online and in the local press. It appeared in the large window of the agent's town centre premises. Throughout the negotiating process, the procedure was handled by by an experienced and wise sales negotiator, who was professional in every aspect of her work, guiding me through the process, liaising with solicitors and keeping me informed of progress. In the final days leading to completion, her direct approach was invaluable in facilitating a successful sale.. I am a pro-active vendor who likes to be involved at every stage in the sale process and the team at Bond Oxborough Phillips were patient, courteous and encouraging. I have no hesitation in recommending them and have placed another property for sale in their capable hands; this will be the sixth time they have acted on my behalf as a buyer and vendor, the first purchase was in 1999.

consummate professionalism from sales particulars through to sale completion.

From valuation and sales particulars throughout the sales process to completion, we received a first class service from BBP. Queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The sales brochure was attractive and professionally produced . This no doubt ensured we had immediate viewings and a sale agreed within a week of the property being put on the market. Helpful, thorough, accommodating and prepared to listen

The initial details of our sale were efficiently done and we were fairly confident with the marketing of our property.After an initially slow start the property had more viewings and we accepted an offer negotiated by Neil Phillips. However it was the effort that Philippa Bishop put in that we believe enabled the property to get to 'sale exchange' By liaising with all interested parties she smoothed some of the rough patches that all the chain were experiencing at different (and sometimes the same) time. She helped when on occasions other professionals did not appear to be so helpful and gave good practical advice; the fact that it reached a conclusion after 13+ weeks. we believe is because of Philippa's hard work.

Selling in a Perfect Way

Professional and efficient

We changed to BOP after trying unsuccessfully to sell our house for 18 months. Straight away we had more people viewing in a week than we had in the previous 6 months! This was only partly because of realistic pricing and good marketing was definitely a factor. It didn't take long to get an offer and the progress through the sale was in general managed very well. There were a few problems that they as agents were not responsible for but Philippa 'chased' the other agents and solicitors involved to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion.

An obvious decision

We contacted Bond Oxborough to potentially sell our house. They turned up, looked around the house gave us their valuation and thoughts about how well the property would sell. Everything they said coincided with our thoughts and we were left feeling really positive. The next day we had another agent visit to get a second opinion. This was the agent we were hoping to sell with as we originally purchased through them. To say we were left deflated after they left was an understatement. They were nowhere near what we wanted with the valuation and worst still, they made it feel like it would not be easy to sell our house. The obvious decision was to made to choose Bond Oxborough, they took some really good photos and in no time we had viewings. 8 days later we had our first offer which we accepted. Unfortunately from that point on things slowed down considerably due to issues on our buyers side. At times it felt like Bond Oxborough were the only people trying to get this sale through. We were under pressure to complete on our new property and the longer our sale went on the more likely our new sale would fall through. Bond Oxborough tried their hardest to get the relevant people moving and keeping me informed about the progress. Eventually everything went through and we now leave happily in our new house. I really believe if it wasn't for Bond Oxborough we wouldn’t be where we are today.
