Bideford property purchase

Having registered with several agents in Bideford as well as looking daily on Rightmove, we found that Bond Oxborough Phillips were the best at keeping us informed regarding properties available, as well as understanding our requirements and understanding our position in the selling and buying cycle. Phillipa Bishop is an amazing estate agent

I would just like to thank Phillipa for all of her hard work throughout the process of our purchase. It appeared that our chain all had solicitors which weren't very forthcoming with information to which Phillipa managed to get this out of them and help arrange the completion date. Out of all of the parties involved with our purchase she was by far the most helpful and would do anything to get you the answers you required and got back to us very quickly each time.
