GoogleWe bought and sold a house with Thomas Merrifield and they were brilliant. They got us plenty of viewings on our property and a good price. They also showed us around several great properties and helped us negotiate an excellent deal on our dream house. They communicated on all key issues in a timely manner and were very helpful in a long chain. They recommended an excellent solicitor too. I would strongly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

We could not recommend them more - no question was too stupid and Jon in particular kept the ball rolling with the solicitors on both sides. If we ever need to sell (fingers crossed not for a while!!!) we will 100% use Thomas Merrifield.

GoogleBought a house that was being managed by Thomas Merrifield and everything from the initial viewings, through to the exchange/completion has been an absolute joy. Everyone involved (primarily Sarah, Sharon and Jon) have been so friendly, responsive to queries and accommodating in any request. Even towards the end of the process when there were "challenges" with solicitors going back and forth for weeks, they were so proactive in helping push things along and so patient and professional. It has been such a pleasure to be buying a house through them and would definitely recommend them!

All staff we dealt with were helpful, available and very professional, although Sharon in particular stood out by taking care of all the chasing and coordination, which got quite complicated and stressful for a while with our chain. Based on our experience as vendors we would strongly recommend Thomas Merrifield Bicester to anyone selling their property, and I suspect our buyers had as good an experience as they could have hoped for under the circumstances, given all the work Sharon undertook on their behalf.
