GoogleI would highly recommend Thomas Merrifield in Bicester. Jon Warrell and the team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling my house. Honest, trustworthy and professional from start to finish during what was at times a difficult process due to tenants who refused viewings. I was kept updated with calls and emails. And at all times felt nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so much.

GoogleSelling a house is always a stressful experience. However, thanks to David Weeks in particular and the staff of Thomas Merrifield in general, selling our house in Bicester was much easier than we expected. David´s high level of attention to detail, knowledge of the local market, good advises (he always puts his clients´ interests first) and accessibility and good communication were key factors in the process. Before selling the house we did a careful research of different state agents in Bicester and our conclusion was that Thomas Merrifield were the best ones - now this initial perception is fully confirmed.

We certainly made the right choice though, Jon and his team have been proactive and accessible throughout the process, and always acted in our interest. We strongly recommend using Thomas Merrifield, and the Bicester office.

GoogleThe team at Thomas Merrifield (Bicester) were professional, personable and helpful throughout my mum's sale. We invited several estate agents to give us a valuation and Thomas Merrifield provided good advice, competitive, transparent fees (nothing hidden and no surprise extra add ons!), a beautifully presented brochure, and were always friendly in their communications which was reassuring when you imagine potential buyers getting in touch. They sold mum's house quickly and for a good price and they were supportive all the way through to completion of the sale. Highly recommend.

Nothing has been too much trouble and they have kept me informed all through the sale. I cannot sing their praises enough and they have made what could have been a stressful time much easier. The sales photos and advertising were excellent, and the way they conducted viewings was exemplary - we always got prompt feedback and they kept us in the loop with any updates. GoogleWe chose Thomas Merrifield, having dealt with them in the past, and received a very good service. We had many viewings on the property with each being followed up by a phone call to us advising us on how it went, which I really appreciated. Once we received an offer we were always kept up to date on what was happening and when a sticky situation showed its face Thomas Merrifield dealt with it quickly and professionally. Thomas Merrifield made the home [selling] process a breeze, and we couldn't have done it without their expertise. Thomas Merrifield come highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
