I would not use this company again if the offered to sell my house for free. They simply don't care! The whole process from start to finish was awful.

GoogleBought a house that was being managed by Thomas Merrifield and everything from the initial viewings, through to the exchange/completion has been an absolute joy. Everyone involved (primarily Sarah, Sharon and Jon) have been so friendly, responsive to queries and accommodating in any request. Even towards the end of the process when there were "challenges" with solicitors going back and forth for weeks, they were so proactive in helping push things along and so patient and professional. It has been such a pleasure to be buying a house through them and would definitely recommend them!

GoogleWe received excellent service from Thomas Merrifield throughout the whole process of the recent sale of our house in Bicester. All staff we dealt with were helpful, available and very professional, although Sharon in particular stood out by taking care of all the chasing and coordination, which got quite complicated and stressful for a while with our chain. Based on our experience as vendors we would strongly recommend Thomas Merrifield Bicester to anyone selling their property, and I suspect our buyers had as good an experience as they could have hoped for under the circumstances, given all the work Sharon undertook on their behalf.

GoogleI recently marketed my property with Thomas Merrifield dealing with Jon, Jackie & Chloe. I have to say that this company and branch have been superb! They know the market and the area extremely well and we achieved a sale price way above that of my neighbours who used online agents and in under two weeks! I cannot recommend them more highly and would not hesitate to use this agent again for future sales.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
