GoogleWe have used IMS many times so this is honest review based on more than just one experience. Our situation was never straightforward 🤣 but IMS was always ready to help! They are the most hard working team you will ever find. The owner of the business is amazing example of business women and great boss. The atmosphere in the office is super welcoming but professional at the same time. You will be provided with updates way outside of regular working hours so no delays! They listen to their clients needs and they deliver results!

Works well with Google and other products where it was necessary (online meeting scheduling).

First of all, the customer service I have received warrants five stars. Erica did a great job explaining about the non-profit yearly subscription option. I hope she got her lunch (it's the option I have selected).Now you might be wondering why the four stars. Calendly is a strong software scheduling appointments and I'm glad that there is an option for group events such as meetings, webinars, etc. The latter is what I'm using this for. It's handy on having a set list of attendees, the Zoom integration (a big plus), and sending them reminders with the Zoom link.I'm puzzled when I just want to schedule a time for a meeting or event that I would need to fiddle with the Availability, using the Date Override.I will be looking up in the Support Page on how to make this process easy. I hope there's some feature that allows people only planning meetings and events can just set a date and time. And in case there is, please do let me know.Nevertheless, I did find a way to schedule events, and I found this way more efficient than EventBrite. Clean and straight to the point.

We even use it as a shift planning tool for a coronavirus vaccination center.The usability is a bit iffy until one understands the concept. A bit more guidance in the tool would be helpful.
