Did not add value, caused much pain.

I signed up for a free trial at the request of our recruiters.First ding: it required a connection to my Google Calendar to start the trial. Despite requiring this, it didn't actually use *any* of the information in the calendar to actually help - it didn't apply my timezone - it didn't pick up any current meetings to block out timeSecond ding: Changing the timezone of the meeting I set up was *deeply* non-obvious.Third ding: I have had *incessant* spam emails from them ever since signing up for the trial.Would not use in the future, even if you paid me - literally a completely useless tool.

Some staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately we had one in particular very rude and highly unprofessional. As a letting agency they are good but very corporate, not customer/tenant focused. For the landlord, not the tenant. That was my Lettings experience anyway.

We've been working with IMS for over 4 years now and we've had multiple properties within the Bicester & Banbury area which IMS manage. . If it were upto me, id give them above the 5* reviews due to their work ethic and general ethos in which they work. IMS have only been excellent in many areas of their work. We've worked with them on developments projects, lettings as they fully manage all of our property portfolio. Ive never had to worry as Lynsey & the team have always put in 100% into every case and have many years of experience on dealing with this. Ive never had the need to look anywhere as the IMS team are more of a family run business therefore, you enjoy working with them due to their their ongoing hard work ethic & ethos. We've had many situations in which we've ran development sites & IMS have always committed to taking actions and project managing whereby, specific skill sets within tenancy are required and the team have always over delivered. We've had a 100% rental rate in all our properties as all tenants have respected the way in which IMS operate and their landlords. To conclude, I have had many dealings with other estate agents however, IMS are by far the best in regards to communication, taking action and forever keeping a strong work ethic in regards to their commitment to running a great service and company. This is from somebody who has bought properties through IMS, ran development projects alongside their assistance & a company who are managing all portfolio work. Keep on the great work.

not user-friendly design and useless support

Fantastic support response time! Still waiting on a solution after 48 hours... It was impossible to update my availability in a way that actually affected the booking link!This design is infuriating! It creates nothing but frustration when trying to manage event availability. Who designed this? Did they even consider usability? The whole process is hidden and convoluted. It takes forever to find the event, then unearth the availability settings buried in some obscure menu. Fix this mess before it drives everyone crazy!

Such a frustrating service that's been around for so long. I have paid for 2 people on my account and can only have a call with 1 person if we are to both host. We have a group program, and we are paying for a service we can't even use. So ridiculous.

The whole process from start to finish with IMS was seamless! I am new to the area, and was dreading the apartment-search again after so many stressful moves, with long renting processes - however Lynsey and Georgina at IMS made everything so easy and stress-free! The whole team are so warm and welcoming, and everything from the viewing, to signing my tenancy felt so refreshingly simple. Poor tech support

After an update, the contact search no longer functioned in the app. Contacting support has gotten me nowhere. After submitting a ticket, no one has contacted me for days and when I try to contact them, they say they don’t have an update or any information to share. So basically if you have an issue, it doesn’t seem to go anywhere or get addressed.

I signed up and paid for Calendly so I could schedule paid meetings. I wasn't informed that I needed to have a company registered in my country for the feature to be enabled. I wasted money; they should have identified the country and informed me that I needed this registration BEFORE payment.

Difficult to communicate with, found we had to do most of the chasing to move the process along, never spoke to the same person and constantly repeating ourselves as nobody communicates internally. Can't count how many times we were asked for id and email addresses despite having provided these multiple times already, would be much better to deal with 1 person from start to finish. We're willing to help and very nice but felt the process to be very choppy and disjointed.

A pretty decent product with lackluster support. The product had many features I was looking for that other booking tools did not...such as the option for unique settings for each different type of appointment.However, when I had an issue embedding the product on my website and I reached out to support I was disappointed. Email was the only option and it took 2 days to get a response. It took several back and forths with support, each time it took them about 36 to 48 hours to respond. That was very frustrating for a very specific detailed problem I had, where it took over a week to get resolved.I switched to YouCanBook.me which didn't have quite as many options or features, but support responded in less than an hour.

I have tried setting up my event and watched the video on how to, several times, yet no one can access my event. Instead of being able to book the time it shows that time as busy. There is no support, the videos and the help section do not help if your situation is not listed. It is amazing that a company can exist without a support department.
