IMS manages the property that I have rented and the whole team has been fantastic. From the initial application to getting the house, it was absolutely amazing and a smooth process. The team handled my several questions and queries with care and understanding. The property is amazing and acquiring the rental property was hassle free. Kudos to everyone in the team especially Lynsey and Talitia. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a rental property or buying/selling.

From the moment we met Lynsey Gorgen we were confident that IMS would deliver on the sale of our house. Lynsey was a straight talking lady and left us in no doubt what we could expect and that the sale would be effective and efficient. We were not disappointed - on the first viewing the property was sold at full asking price. We also dealt with Gina Graham who was excellent - kept us informed and was lovely to deal with. The IMS offices are wonderful - a truly professional setting. The whole process took 4 months as we were in a chain. We would certainly highly recommend IMS. In fact every time we communicated with IMS by phone, email or stepping in their offices - all of the IMS team were splendid and made us feel very welcome indeed! Prior to deciding to go with IMS we had visited other Estate Agents but IMS left them all very much 'in the shade'. It was an easy decision to use IMS and we were not disappointed at all.

Terrible software

Would not recommend. Decided to give it a try recently. I showed up to a meeting with a potential client today, only to find out their email had a spelling error so they never received the meeting invitation. This is especially frustrating because Calendly sent me an email saying the client had ACCEPTED the meeting!? Why was there no bounce back notification? Why would it tell me they were coming when no one had actually rsvp'd? The interface is confusing and it apparently it can't the most basic things I need it to - like tell me the email address doesn't exist. I potentially lost client because of this...sickk. I'm going back to google scheduling.

We bought a property from them and completed in November, they were supportive the entire way through, answered any questions we had with a really fast response time. They explained things to us that the solicitors did not and were always on our side to speed up the process. There's literally nothing that they could have done better, we mainly dealt with Tracy and she was fantastic. Everyone else we spoke to was also lovely.

We bought a house through IMS in Bicester, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Communication during the process was poor and we often had to chase for updates. The best part was on the day we collected the keys, we arrived at the house and the door wouldn’t open because we were given the wrong keys. For a company that presents itself as very professional, they somehow couldn’t even manage to match the keys to the correct door. Buying a home is a big step and we expected a smoother and more professional service. Sadly, that was not our experience.

It is not easy to use when you have mulitple emails linked to it. No customer service but through AI or chat which is useless bc all they do is throw lines upon lines of instructions which then do not work when you go to initiate those steps. Would NEVER recommend Calendly at all.

Keep charging my credit card when subscription canceled

Keep charging when I cancel my subscription. I think this is how Calandly made their profits. Quietly charging their customer's credit card when they have already cancelled their subscription and hoping they won't notice.It's a bad business ethic.Update: I have issued a refund by the Calendly billing team and upgraded this review to 3 stars.However I think its best Calendly need to review its cancelation system.

Professional and personal service, with excellent communication I am currently in the process of selling my apartment and have had a stressful experience with a different Estate Agent (not IMS). As it is, it does now look as though, at the eleventh hour, they've managed to sell it - however, Michelle and Lynsey from IMS were poised to take over from today. So, because of their amazing personal customer-focused approach, the way in which they've dealt with me, the advice they've given and their graciousness and integrity, I am still going to leave them a 5 star review. In the time I've been dealing with them, they have given me nothing but 5 star service. Although I couldn't eventually go through with moving to them, I can tell you that I've had a better service from them in the last 3 weeks than I've had from my current estate agent for the last 2 months. They answer emails and phone calls immediately, their communication has been outstanding. They have been personable, warm, friendly, utterly professional, and so very knowledgeble on shared-ownership matters. I have always used IMS for my mortgages, and I bought my current apartment through them. The only reason I didn't go straight to them this time was because I thought I should stick with the same agency I was buying my onward purchase through. I was wrong, and I wish I'd gone straight to Michelle. It still might have taken a while to sell, but I would have been treated to a far more more personal service and would not have felt an iota of the stress. It's not a mistake I will make again. Thank you to Michelle, Lynsey and Tracy who, through their professionaism and personal touch, have more than earned the fee I will now be reluctantly giving to someone else.

Lynsey and her team at IMS have done so much for me. I moved in on November 2022. Any issues I have reported since have been alleviated. While not immediate, I can only imagine that it’s because the team at IMS ensures to make all proper arrangements to provide the best quality of service to their customers. If it wasn’t for Lynsey, I wouldn’t be in the beautiful space that I occupy today. Thank you for being patient and caring Lynsey. But not only you, your entire team as well.
